It’s always a risk buying something off the internet, when you have not physically seen it, but based on friends feedback we took the plunge and ordered a sauna from Nook. Have to say we are extremely happy with both the product, installation and general service and communication from Nook. Great sauna and well worth the money!!

After much consideration I chose Nook because they used all timber construction, the quality and it was a good price. they delivered and installed for free. the installers were good and did a great job. We love our sauna because at 65 we have a lot of aches and pains. When I come home from work get in and feel the warmth penetrating into my body it relieves those aches and pains. It provides muscular relaxation, stress relief and assists with sleep quality. We are also looking forward to the long term use effects such as, Cardiovascular Health, Lowering Risk of Dementia, better Lung Function, the boost to the Immune System and the Extraction of Toxins. So thank you Nook I will enjoy my Saunas for a long time.

Communication before delivery and installation was so professional, they gave adequate notice when arranging delivery day and arrived within the timeframe they’d said they would. Install was super professional & fast (took around 30 or so mins). The guys that did the install were so polite, didn’t leave any mess behind & talked us through how to use the sauna. We’ve been using it every day, the quality is impeccable, I love that it’s non-tox as well and it is such a bang for buck product. Customer service is also 10/10. Would choose nook every time!

The whole process to ordering through delivery and installation was absolutely fabulous. The install guys showed me how to sue it, but it was super easy. Very easy to clean and a great buy.

We live 250 km from Adelaide & have no access to testing an infra-red sauna before committing to buy. Carolin advised us that Nook have a buyback scheme, where if we are not happy for any reason within 30 days, we can return the unit to Adelaide, at our cost, & nook undertake to repay us a large percentage of our initial purchase price. This gave us the confidence to proceed. It did take about a month longer than we were told to actually have one installed here by Nook. The installation went smoothly, the first sauna was good, but on the next day something had shifted & the door would not close.
When we contacted them, they were excellent in their response. The staff at no stage suggested that we may have caused the problem, & although we are a long way from Adelaide, chose to have a technician here the following morning. He made the necessary adjustments that were required promptly, & it has been working well since then.
We found all of the staff very helpful, apologetic & positive to speak with. excellent.

Absolutely loving our sauna & the 1 person fits so nice in our space. The customer service was amazing from purchase, through to organising delivery & following up after, I always got a quick response also. The install was super fast and they were lovely & gave a very thorough run through of the use of the sauna prior to leaving. 10/10 would recommend!

Absolutely top Notch... The people at Nook know sauna's well and were super helpful in recommendations for my purchase. From the purchase and great pricing - right through to delivery Nook could not be faulted. Customer service A1... nothing was too difficult. Carolin helped from the initial enquiry right through to follow up... even getting back to me on a weekend to answer a question. The guys who came to install were courteous, clean and incredibly helpful. The sauna is a godsend and game changer and is now part of my daily routine. I had my nook sauna delivered and installed a week and a half ago. I've been so happy with it so far.
All interactions have been positive and responses super prompt to any questions. The installers were quick and efficient but also super friendly and professional. Taking their time to explain how to use the sauna and its functions rather than just telling me to read the user guide. So far really happy with Nook.

The Sauna arrived within a week and was put together upstairs very professionally.
The Sauna is so relaxing to use and takes the stress away with bluetooth speakers and radio internal.
Everyone loves how it looks and fits into home.

We purchased a 3 person Elite sauna from Nook. From the beginning of the enquiry we spoke with Carolyn and she was amazing. Everything we needed to know, every question we asked and more. We live in a regional area so it was important we knew everything before purchasing. We received our sauna promptly and it was packaged very professionally. Install was simple with their instructions and video. The sauna itself is very well made, it looks very up market and fancy. Beautiful doors and a beautiful finish on the joins and edges.
I would highly recommend the product and the company.
