Nook Saunas Avis

The sauna is great we love it. The service has been amazing right from the time we ordered it right up to the installation. We highly recommend!

Our Nook sauna purchase has been a very easy process. With great communication from the very start and an amazing product. Would recommend Nook to anyone looking for a great quality sauna and brilliant customer service.

After ordering a 2 person sauna which offered free delivery & installation & a delivery date of early September, I recommended to a friend.
I paid more for delivery than the friend. I am still waiting for a delivery date & the friend has their delivery date even though they ordered 2 weeks later.
We are now also going overseas so that will possibly conflict with delivery.
Can say I am very disappointed in this whole process, considering I paid in full for the item when I ordered it.

Everything was easy. Delivery on time, assembly seamless, service was exceptional. The two guys were Polite , well spoken and genuinely friendly. My sauna is elegant and looks inviting. It looks as if it’s always been there and it will travel with me forever.
I enjoy a sauna every day and friends are now commenting on how glowing and clear my complexion is.
Last but not least I am sleeping more soundly than ever.
I love my sauna.

Great product, installation was quick, professional and perfect.

Great experience. Good communication, seamless installation and left the area spotless. Enjoying my new sauna!!

The team at Nook saunas have been amazing throughout the whole process from ordering to delivery and installation. We were so excited to have our first session in the sauna. Can’t wait to experience the health benefits and can’t thank the team at Nook enough for their help.

Absolutely loving our Nook Sauna!
The communication has been great from the start!
The boys arrived on time on the day and installed our sauna in under 1 hour.
They showed us how to use the sauna as well which made life so much easier!
5 Stars + from us!
Thank you Nook!

Great service, installation done when I was available we're out in a rural district, excellent price point, all staff polite and fantastic communication between company and myself.

We really love our nook sauna, surprised by how calming it is, enjoying the bluetooth speakers with 432 Hz music . All sleeping better.
Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this product. 5 stars from our family.
Thanks Tania

Our Nook sauna purchase was so seamless, contact has been immediate. Price point is so competitive for the quality of the product. Delivery was very quick and the set up of the sauna only took about 30-45 minutes and the guys did everything, took the rubbish and explained everything so well. I definitely recommend Nook!

Absolutely love my sauna. I've used it every couple of days since I've had it. The only thing that could be better, would be the app. I don't find it that beneficial just yet.
Other than that, as far as install, the sauna pricing, rubbish removal, the updates. All in all it was absolutely easy and wonderful to deal with Nook
Thank you

Carolin and the Nook team are fabulous to deal with. I called and chatted with her about everything I needed to know pre-purchase.
I felt really secure in our purchase, the guys who delivered and installed our sauna are respectful and knowledgeable young men. Thank you.
We definitely recommend buying the Elite 3 person infrared sauna. With daily use, our sleep has improved and our minds relax.

From start to finish the communication of timing for delivery and installation was first class, the installation process was easy and they were really efficient and the Nook Sauna is everything we expected an outstanding product

Payment was required in full and over 3 months now without a sauna. Have an install date, but communication is very poor and not at all helpful with an install window time.
Hopefully I can give a positive review once I finally get to use my sauna

The service Nook saunas provided us was exceptional! Constant update throughout the process and a quick and efficient delivery and installation process.
The product is also exceptional and very easy to use. Thank you Nook Saunas!

I would highly recommend.

So far the Sauna feels and looks beautiful. Nook were really lovely to deal with and the instillation process was really smooth. 5/5

Amazing service from start to finish. Wish we had bought one sooner!!!!! I

We love our Nook sauna! It’s really easy to use and we love listening to a podcast or music while in the sauna. The guys who delivered and installed it were very helpful and friendly. We will and have recommended Nook Saunas to friends and family.

Easy order process, great delivery communication.

Seamless installation. The installers were polite and very efficient.

The installers explained how to use the sauna, all about the sauna and gave lots of tips.

It is simple to operate and has great functions.

The sauna itself is fantastic quality and so good to use. It is roomy and simple to operate and has great features. It also looks awesome.

Very happy!
