Thank you for your feedback and sorry to hear that the process has been disapointing.
In relation to the claim, you decided through choice not to claim under your own policy but instead claim directly from the third party. Whilst this means that it has no effect or detriment to you, it does mean that every delay that occurred is down to the third party insurance company admitting liability and giving authorisation to the accident claims management company to proceed. All aspects of this claim were addressed as soon as they possibly could have been and do not reflect the service by Policywave or its partners. The current loss of earnings claim is still being delayed as a result of the third party insurer as you are aware. We have reached out for further feedback from you.

Very efficient service
Very efficient service. Only issue was the payment. It doesn’t seem to like Santander Bank. Got sorted using other method. Staff very friendly & ptofessional throughout.

Always found policywave easy to deal with. They always send my renewal quote out to me roughly 3 weeks before its due to start, of which this year once again the quote was a fair price. When i ring up to accept and go ahead its dealt with straight away, no messing about.
