Buy the Reed diffusers and
Fabric spray. Great smelling scents.

I used to use Jo Malone diffusers £64. Now I buy the refills £10 each and they smell amazing

I’ve paid £5.70 postage and 10 days later I still have not received my order

Why was I charged to much postage when you quote £.95 and I get charged over £5 and have emailed severely toned and got no reply

Ordered 2 wax burners and 3 sets of wax. One of the burners arrived broken. Emailed the same day, no response. 1 week later opened a chat conversation on their website. Still no response. No phone number to call. So customer service is appalling and they still haven’t responded. Wax smells nice though. Won’t be ordering again unfortunately.

Awful. Used to at least have good products but recently they have completely stopped using the same amount of oils or using lower quality products as even the room sprays which used to be good, hardly even smell now. Customer service is shocking they literally don't care once they have your order.

Speedy delivery even with it being just before Christmas that I ordered. I just ordered some car fresheners this time as gifts for family, they smelt divine. Have ordered in the past also and have always been pleased!

Very disappointed with my wax burners I got for Xmas, couldn’t really smell them in the room. I definitely won’t be buying these again .

Products of a high standard, and strong scents that last. Fairly priced and also helping to support a small business! Have made a few purchases and won't be my last :)

Placed 2 orders and had to wait over 2 weeks with no response to emails and the live chat not working on the website. Very expensive candles that smell of nothing when lit. The 2 wick Dalmatian candle was only lit on 4 occasions and didn't last five minutes. The wax melts also smell of nothing. Considering the price, the labels look cheap and are placed on wonky or with creases. Very disappointed with my orders and the customer service appalling. Will not be ordering again.

They do not respond to any emails or messages! I was very reluctant to order from here after seeing some comments on their instagram page and I wish I read trust pilot first! Once you’ve placed an order they don’t seem to care if there’s an issue with your order you’re just ignored. 10 days 6 messages later still no response. The products are tacky and cheaply made especially the car air fresheners which I’ve had to bin they were all sticky covered in brown residue and looked awful! Labels are also placed very wonky I’ve had to peel it off my candle!
