The wax melts are always amazing, however, the length of time it takes to receive them is too long, it took a week this time.
I will carry on using Posh Burn as I love the products

I have been a customer of poshburn since 2021 and just adore their products. Definite favourite is their Tobacco & Vanille fragrance. Their melts are always so strong as well. Never been disappointed when I have placed an order.

Fab family owned local business that provides wonderful smelling products that last for ages.

Beautiful candles with long lasting scent. Burn evenly and well worth the spend. Empty glass holders are great to reuse for flowers and makeup!

Don't know what is happening with PoshBurn. Been ordering from them for a few years now and never been disappointed with the products nor service. My last order however, was only part fulfilled as the Black Opium was out of stock. To be fair, Dan did email to ask if I wanted an alternative, but told him to hang on to the money until they'd made another batch or update/refund me if the scent had been discontinued. I've not heard anything back, despite 2 further emails to them. We loved PoshBurn stuff (me Opium, my Son Savage) they were fabulous, premium products but looking at the website, they appear to be running stock down as there's virtually nothing available to buy. Such a shame! Out of pocket by nearly £40, so now it seems like I'm going to have to open a case with PayPal. Deep joy!

I have been using this company for a couple of years and I have to say that I will not be returning after this order. The quality of the last lot of wax melts I received are shocking it just smells of soy! There is no smell of any of the fragrances at all. Really disappointed.

This is the second time I have ordered from them. 1st time delivery was slow but I liked the candle. Just reordered and order took 3 weeks, I got no response to my emails chasing and finally goods arrived yesterday, one item is missing and one candle was smashed. I sent email and photographs but again no response. I would avoid buying from this company as I’m now £60 out of pocket and very dissatisfied with their customer service.

Order wasn’t sent then told it was out of stock even though it was listed on website as in stock had to chase for a refund which is really disappointing as I have placed many orders before & love the fabric sprays

It's been over a week since I placed my order which is still awaiting fulfilment I reached out to the email and Instagram but haven't received any response on where my order is.

Ive used Poshburn a few times and it's disappointing to have this level of customer service with zero to none communication

Love my poshburn products……definitely recommend…..first class service from start to finish.

Im writing this review to be honest, helpful, and constructive. When I ordered some wax melts the ordering process was a breeze, a simple, easy to navigate website and simple checkout process. I waited a week for an order update / dispatch email and nothing came through. I sent a email chasing the order which obviously prompted PoshBurn to pack and dispatch the order an hour after they received it - the order sheet confirmed time and date the order was printed. I paid for royal mail tracked 24 postage and the order was dispatched with royal mail 48, not the premium service I requested and paid for. Further to all of these issues, the wax melts arrives damaged and the 1 pack even arrived without the finishing label on the front of the pack.
These are all minor issues but when you are paying a premium price for a premium product, everything should be satisfactory.
***The wax melts do smell amazing, you will not be disappointed ***
There must be a reason that the order didn’t print when placed and this should be looked into by PoshBurn so that other customers do not feel they have to chase an order. PoshBurn should also look at the packing process to avoid packs being damaged in transit.

I have Been using poshburn for a while now and I’m always impressed with the quality and consistency of the products. The last time I ordered my go to product was out of stock, but the company kept me up to with updates and offered me an alternative. Which I wanted to wait for my usual product. Not long after my product was shipped out no problem!

I’ve been shopping with poshburn for a while now and I can definitely say there’s no one like that around. Her candles and fabric fresheners are the best. They are of superb quality.

Avoid. Unwilling to respond to refund request and avoiding communication. Poor business values.
