I ordered the Kreed REFILL but they send me the wrong item. I immediately emailed them about the mistake but I never received a response this is by far the worst customer service I've ever encountered doesn't take responsibility or even bother to reply to a simple inquiry. Do your self a favour and shop elsewhere

My husband kindly gifted me a reed diffuser for Christmas however the reeds were missing. He sent an email shortly after Christmas as did I. Neither with a response. I messaged Posh Burn on Instagram on 5th Jan, 12th Jan, 18th Jan and 20th Jan with no response until the 20th Jan where an apology was given alongside a message to say these would be sent out.

I messaged again Wednesday last week, and yesterday and received a reply last night again apologising and stating that they would look into this.

I am now 6 weeks on from Christmas with a diffuser I cannot use!

What's happened to this business - I have a query on the Christmas present - I have used the contact page and sent two email - no response. Really disappointed. Have they gone out if business?

I gave more than one star as the packaging is pretty and it arrived on time but unfortunately both diffusers I bought are almost entirely scentless.
The one that is supposed to smell like Baccarat Rouge has absolutely no scent whatsoever, which is very disappointing. I’m not sure if it’s a bad batch but it’s so useless I’ve had to pour it away and buy a different brand to use in the pretty glass bottle. Unfortunately I really cannot recommend this brand, it just doesn’t fulfil its intended purpose.

It’s now been almost 2 weeks and there is no update on my order, I have paid and had a confirmation email but no fulfilment of the order and paid £5 for delivery

I ordered my items two weeks ago and still haven't had an update on my order, despite messaging them twice.
I appreciate its the xmas/new year period. however ignoring customers- particularly first time customers, is not a way to secure repeat business.
I was going to order several more items from here, but due to this experience i'll probably look elsewhere

Ordered near Christmas time for a present and the items were delivered the next day despite paying for normal delivery!

Shocking customer service. Ordered some waxes and a shake powder for the carpet. They sent all waxes, so messaged them 5 or 6 times, they replied once asking for my invoice and never replied again, so basically they sent me the wrong goods and didn’t do anything to rectify it. Won’t use them again, Shane as their waxes are nice.

Love the collection of fabric sprays and room fragrances.

Black opium,absolutely gorgeous and would highly recommend,liked it so much I thought I would order refill.ordered refill in same fragrance and also a car bear air freshener in the sale £4 (bargain). Payed extra for tracked delivery.the delivery took well over a week to come received my order in a cheap white Jiffy bag and normal first class postage less than what I paid for.the bear had a part missing but the biggest disappointment was the fragrance it smelt nothing like black opium and was a weak fragrance of I don’t know what. Feel so ripped off and for that reason will not be a returning customer.

Contacted Poshburn re 2 products that are no longer on the website-reply received within 24 hours & now 72 hours later they have fulfilled my request. Fabulous customer service-would highly recommend this company to anybody-many thanks Dan.

Lovely products. Bit late arriving but they sent free gifts as an apology which is great 👍
