PoshBurn Avis 

I placed my order on the 11th of October it is now the 20th. I still have not got my order! I wrote to them and on the 16th they said they will dispatch it. Still no order I have messaged them and now they are not getting back to me. I have had enough and want my money back! This company does not care I am sad because I used to love this company but the delivery and the customer service is disappointing!! I want a refund!!!! Do not order from these!!!

Jokers charge you for 1st class and don’t even receive it yet been over like 8 days

Beautiful long lasting scents

Beautiful products from this little family run business. The dupes are spot on my absolute favourites are velvet rose, ombry and pomegranate which I’m so disappointed that this one was discontinued. Pleaes bring it back

Incredibly disappointed.

I placed an order on the 30th August and chose 1st class delivery as this was for a birthday present on the 5th September. It had still not arrived by then and it is now the 11th and I still haven't received any update on my order, despite emailing Posh Burn, contacting through their website and on the "Shop" App.

I would not recommend this company.

The candles smell great, they did however ignore 3 emails i sent, and didnt give give me any information saying the candles had been dispatched, hence the 4 stars not 5.
But, i would order from them again

I placed an order on the 27th August
It took forever for them to get back to me
I got a response on Saturday saying part of my order is on its way however I have still not received my order
They did reply eventually to say I will get 4 free gifts for my inconvenience!!I paid for 1st class postage as well I still have not received my order it’s now the 3rd of September

Fabulous love the products

I have rated this a 1 star. The room freshner is just a bit of fragrance over powered with water content. Literally cant even smell the fragrance when spraying from the bottle.
Bought a few years and a big difference in the quality now.

Item still not received over 2 weeks now and asking for review 🤦🏼‍♀️

Love the wax melts and Reed diffuser from here they smell amazing

I have ordered from Posh Burn before. It seems to have changed and the smell is not as strong anymore, I can barely smell the wax melts. Gutted as these used to be my favourite!!

The item I ordered has not arrived. I have sent three emails to Poshburn without reply. There is no phone number for them. Having checked Companies House it seems that the company has been dissolved yet continues to send out marketing emails. I have asked my Bank to help me recover the money I have spent.
