My order arrived incomplete, have tried to contact them 4 times but they have not come back to me about missing items. I’m a regular customer and find it very disappointing

This company was dissolved on the 5th of March so appear to be trading illegally.
Worth contacting your card issuer re chargeback or section75 claim - you could get a refund

Diffuser oil received with no label to advise what it is and what it contains this breaks the rules regarding labelling on oils.

Fabric spray again no label and in a clear bottle.

Products look cheap compared to when they first launched when they were in nice aluminium cans and looked lovely.

I bought these for gifts and I cannot give them as they look cheap and tacky.

Very disappointed with how poshburn is trading now.

Money went out on the 9th. Ask me to review but not received my candles yet so can not comment. The candles smell amazing when they finally arrive. Love my subscriptions

I’ve purchased from PoshBurn before and I love their products. Made a sizeable order over the Easter bank holiday and haven’t yet received the order. Waited all the correct amount of time, reached out on multiple platforms (Insta, Shop app, email, web chat & PayPal) and I’ve not heard an electronic or human word from anyone and all I want is my order or at least a refund if it’s gotten lost. I’ve had to escalate this with PayPal so hopefully it’ll resolve shortly but a shame communication has been non existent and there's no number to call to even speak with someone. It’s a shame because as I say, love the products and wanted to try some new pieces but not this time I guess.

Outstanding fragrances

Whenever I’ve previously ordered the wax melts and the car freshener they have had such a strong smell. This order I can barely smell the scent when I get into my car, ever so slightly if the heater is on. And the wax melts just have the smell of the soy wax. Really disappointing. Perhaps a bad batch? As both scents were the same “oud of greatness”. Also don’t understand the delivery charge, pricing for next day received order after 6 days?

I've been buying from Poshburn for years now but I've noticed in the last year their standards slipping. I got a wax burner last Christmas that arrived smashed and never received I replacement which they said they would send and then I was being ignored. The last few orders of wax melts have been missing items, again I'm being ignored and my money not refund for items not sent.
Very sad about this as I loved getting parcels from them but starting to look elsewhere due to sevice
