Exactly the same problem everyone is having. I bought a pair of headphones from amazon and the carrier was hvartsa.posta. They said they had already attempted to deliver the product at 4:38 am... Im like wtf they expect me to be up and 4:38 am waiting for the package.

The worst M! Never send and use this Way

The worst experience i have ever had in terms of parcel service. My package was lost, god knows where, and it was apparently ''my fault'' that i asked for compensation, which i didn't really get fully. The package was worth 60 euros, which i should be getting back, plus another 12.60 for it being lost and another 12.60 for it being late obviously, and i got only 12.60. Specifically, Bjelovar. I got yelled at for no objective reason, and they told me they ''called but i did not answer'' which is of course, false. Miss at the front table should practice her attitude with her kids and husband, if she even has any of those, and not with innocent customers. Of course, no consequences for her, in any other country this is instant suspension. Use any other delivery service if possible, complete horror show.

Long wait for the package, over 37 days (distance 155 km) and in the end it does not arrive at the recipient's address but is delivered to an office 7 km from the location. The shipment was sent as registered mail.

I genuinely cannot understand how this company is still operating. They repeatedly fail to deliver packages, and they claim they attempted delivery even when it is absolutely false — my household was home at the exact time they say they knocked. Their staff is rude, dismissive, and treats customers as if they are fools. Apologies simply do not exist in their business model. I sincerely hope a competent company replaces them. Unfortunately, we are still forced to receive certain official mail through them, and I hope that finally changes.

A company that went from reliable to the worst and most unreliable delivery service in Croatia. They no longer deliver packages to home addresses, even though the address is listed as the delivery location specifically because you are not able to trek around, but instead deliver them to the local post office, where you often have to wait for over an hour to be served—not because of crowds, but because of the small number of employees who also work incredibly slowly. And even when you try to prevent this by choosing a parcel locker as the pickup location, the package still ends up being delivered to the post office, even though it is not too large to fit in the locker. They should be shut down because they truly serve no purpose anymore; private courier services are much better and more reliable.

Već danima dobivam poruke o “pokušaju dostave”, a cijelo vrijeme sam kod kuće — nitko ne dolazi, nitko ne zove. Paket stoji na istom statusu, dostavljač se ne pojavljuje, svaki dan me "lagano sportski stave na Pokušaj dostave" za paket kojeg sam naplatio. Danas zvao Kurira, kaže, da bude tokom dana... i opet ništa! A podrška daje samo generičke odgovore o “pojačanom prometu”. Usluga je frustrirajuća i nepouzdana.

Cekala sam dostavu cijeli dan, zvala poštara za svaki slučaj i onda i dalje u predvideno vrijeme dostave dobijem mail da je dostava neuspješna... 2 tjedna prije ista stvar, samo što paket još nisam dobila, vraćen je pošiljatelju. Dno dna

Naručim preko int.a onda mi jave da je poštar na godišnjem,i neka sama dođem po paket!!!

Najgora pošta koja postoji! Ne koristite ako baš ne morate jer su najneodgovorniji, bez trunke obzira prema bilo kome.

Plati se za dostavu na kućnu adresu a oni ostave u paketomatu bez ikakvog obavještenja.

"Dostavljači" glume pokušaj dostave na adresu iako nitko nije pokušao dostaviti paket.. Na stranici Pošte gdje se prati dostava paketa piše da je paket pokušan biti uručen (Iako sam cijeli dan bio kući radi dostave nitko se nije javio)
Sada ga moram ići preuzeti u onaj njihov ured iz Alan Forda u Krešimirovoj ( Rijeka) gdje nemaš gdje stati s autom nego moraš kutiju od 10 kg tegliti i moliti Boga da si auto uspio negdje zgurati s 4 upaljena žmigavca. Bitno da su se glavešine Pošte pobrinule da u toj istoj pošti možeš kupiti kuharicu, knjigu iz popularne psihologije i brdo sajamskih "đinđi" . Usprkos svemu djelatnici na šalterima rade ( koliko mogu ) nasmijani i trude se anulirati nesposobnost "managera" ovog po mindsetu socijalističkog mastodonta . Na kraju si sretan ako dobiješ neoštećenu pošiljku.
Uzalud Vam električni automobili i skuteri kada ste na razini radnog margareta uz isprike magarcu.

Constantly late. I buy a lot from amazon.de, and delivery time from Germany to Croatia (Zagreb) is max 2 days, but delivery in Croatia (to home adress) is then at least 7-10 days. Very unproffesional, and Amazon should not work with them.

Ovo je vec 3. put od katastrofalnog dostavljanja. Adresa stoji vukovarska ulica, znaci da se stavi u paketomat kod kauflanda a ne vama se neda ic pa stavite di je najblize. Za sta ste placeni? Jel to vas posao ili moj? A prethodna dva su iskustva nista bolja od ovoga. Poslali ste mi poruku dostava od 11-14 sati a zovete me na poziv u 9 h ujutro ??? Hocu li ja cijeli dan dezurat samo za vas? A drugi put niste NI POKUSALI doci na kucnu adresu nego ste ostavili paket u crnici jer se vama gospodi neda ic do te i te adrese pa ostavite tamo die njablize. Sram i stid da vas bude tko vas placa. Uzas. I jedna zvijezda je puno za vas.

Just some mysterious blue slips saying the parcel that you didn’t know about was being sent back.

Stone Age postal system.

Packages get lost, delay in delivery, letters get delayed and lost, bills get lost and then delivered next month in pair with foreclosure warning letter. When you try and call their customer support (calls are charged) lines are always busy and if you try to check your delivery status in offices they never know anything for shure. Long waiting queue in almost every office anytime I go. Tracking app never gives precise information or says that the package is delivered and it is not. Postmen leave notices of failed delivery attempt even though they never tried to deliver (I was at home all day long) and that happens always. BS of a Croatian national company and national shame.

service are completely disgusting they even can delivery a packet always missing the items inside take millions years to do there job never answer at the phone actually this company is perfect for someone that want to miss there money and time don't use there service ever few want to be safe
Usluga je potpuno odvratna, mogu čak i dostaviti paket, uvijek nedostaju artikli unutra, treba im milijune godina da obave posao, nikad se ne javljaju na telefon, zapravo je ova tvrtka savršena za nekoga tko želi propustiti svoj novac i vrijeme, ne koristi njihovu uslugu nikada, malo tko želi biti siguran.
Der Service ist absolut widerlich. Sie können sogar ein Paket zustellen, in dem immer Gegenstände fehlen. Sie brauchen ewig, um ihre Arbeit zu erledigen. Sie gehen nie ans Telefon. Tatsächlich ist diese Firma perfekt für jemanden, der sein Geld und seine Zeit verschwenden und ihren Service nie nutzen möchte. Nur wenige wollen auf Nummer sicher gehen.
