Incomplete Order
I disliked that they left of many things off the quote. I am pregnant and required a desk, chair, foot rest and mouse mat to ensure all supported. Only two items were received

Do not use
Items ordered for me that were not discussed or advised on. Delivery took months to achieve as the delivery company they use for setup refused to deliver between 9-1pm. Very little response by email and was sent another customers invoice on one occasion. Shocking customer service.

Quick delivery - need to tell on parcel where instructions are
Good chair delivered next day after accepting order. Didn't have instructions with it or any info saying where to get these and I've just seen the email with a link to these, but I managed to build it easily, without tools, then searched online for instructions on use. I believe building was included on the invoice to my employer - no longer needed and I don't know when this would have been and couldn't leave the box in my hall indefinitely whilst awaiting the desk.
