I recently had a workplace assessment through Posturite and couldn't be happier with the experience. From booking the appointment through to delivery and installation, everything was simple, straightforward, and extremely efficient.
The assessment itself was very positive and personalised, with helpful advice and recommendations tailored to my needs. Following the assessment, I received a new chair, webcam, and RollerMouse Go, all delivered and installed promptly with excellent communication throughout.

Thank you so much for my delivery. It arrived at both locations ahead of the expected delivery date, which was greatly appreciated.
I would also like to commend the excellent customer service I received. The representative I spoke with was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to assist me.
My delivery was originally being sent to the wrong office location, but she quickly arranged for the details to be updated and ensured it was delivered to the correct address in time.
Thank you once again for the outstanding service. Everything was handled efficiently and professionally, and I am very grateful for your help. Great job!

Fed ex rubbish
Good product, very quick turnaround.. Couldnt give 5 as Fed Ex decided to deliver to another location elsewhere in the city when my parcel was clearly marked with the correct address. I had to spend my time hunting it down when I spotted on gps where they delivered it

Since request was made after DSE risk…
Since request was made after DSE risk assessment the whole process took less than 2 weeks to have someone come out and assess my workstation until delivery of item. I am awaiting Email to book appointment for the chair to be built.
