Pranicura Avis 

I suffered from pain and some bleeding from a fissure. I used Pranicura as instructed and the pain and bleeding subsided. This might not be a cure , but I’ve learned during this treatment that maintenance is key, I now take 500 mg of Magnesium daily and the use of wipes after the fact also helps big time!!

Pranicura was recommended for Anal Fissure and it works 100%. Do not hesitate get some. Use it with other measures bur the clean is really good for this.. Really Good. I am going to get some more No Problem.. iwn

I was going through a Hemroidal problem and had fissures. This did help with the itching and pain from the hemroids before my surgury to remove my hemroids. after my surgury I still use this iontment.

I have had fissures all my life, but lately they've been associated with weight gain. I had used Prep-H and other products for over a year and the problem got worse. The itching was so bad I couldn't sleep. Pranicura took care of the itch almost immediately. I was able to sleep and was completely healed after about 4 months. I now use it less than once per day.

Pranicura has helped me a lot. Before that I was always in pain, and burning. But the cream has not cured me. I still have Fissures, and I subscribe to Dr. Chung's videos, to listen to how he is using it. I get relief, but not a whole lot. And it helps me sleep too.

It's a good product and it works but it is way overpriced once I found out what the ingredients were I make my own for a lot less..

The truth is everyone's journey with Hemorrhoids and fissures is different, and as a consequence your results may very. I just ordered my 3rd bottle, and am not cured. However after Hemorrhoid surgery, I was left about 75% cured, with plenty of pain, fissures, and occasional external Hemorrhoids. A prescribed medical cream was a joke, 0 results. Pranicura took me to about 95% which is huge, almost no pain, exterior Hemorrhoids faded, itching episodes are rare. Used it liberally at the start, now once daily in small amounts so it lasts a long time. I am beginning to think I may be living with some part of this my entire life, but Pranicura makes it tolerable. To those worried about the burning, that is how you know something is happening! The medical cream smears on and does less then preparation H.

Used this on my hemorrhoid and it burned so bad. It was like putting icy hot on an open wound. It has menthol in it so if you have sensitive skin like I do, stear clear. It's also very pricey just to make your condition worse. I do not recommend.

I have very thin perineal skin and external hemorrhoids. I was at wits end with ceaseless pain and itching despite cortisone ointment. Pranicura worked the 1st time that I tried it giving instant relief. By the 2nd time that I used it, I had no more symptoms!

This product saved my life. Over 6 months I was suffering with severe fissures and itching to the point I was not sleeping at all. Nothing from the pharmacy worked at all. The first time I applied this it did sting, (like some reviews say) but that was only at the very beginning and I was in very bad shape. Slowly but surely I was finally healed after a few months and got my life back. I cannot imagine my life without having this on hand for any future issues. It is incredibly calming.

Arrived quickly, works pretty quickly too. Not exactly a cure, but relieves itching and swelling. Burns for a minute, but goes away quickly.

Works as claimed if you follow instructions.

Fantastic product. Finally something which works and I have the peace of mind that the ingredients are natural.

The worst! Promises to soothe and heal real suffering. Costs 50 dollars, but when you’re desperate, like I was and no doubt most who buy this snake oil, you will try anything. Terribly painful upon application, akin to applying icy hot / ben gay to a freshly scraped knee. Awful, awful, awful. Buy zinc oxide for a few dollars instead.

I wasn't really expecting much. I'd been suffering with a relentless hemorrhoid for over a year. Prescriptions stopped working. Pranicura worked so well that I totally forgot I even had a problem. I used about 1/4 of the jar and within a month it was a distant memory. The ingredient list gives no clue as to the magic this combination works. Truly amazing product and worth every penny.

Pranicura has made all the difference in my life. I suffered for over 3 years with severe pruritus and pranicura was the only thing that stopped the itch. There is no cure for this disease but at least now I can lead a normal life. The sleepless nights are over so I can function again. I also found their customer service to be excellent. My questions got answered within 24 hours. Prior to purchasing I looked all over the internet and checked website scam detectors. I found very few negative comments (mostly burning related) and while at first it burned a little for a few days, after I healed there is no burning. Just relief. All the scam detectors showed no problems and positive ratings. The product is fantastic, the customer service was outstanding. I can't say enough good things. Pranicura gave me my life back!

I suffered from anal pruritus, so I cannot speak to this product's effectiveness for other anal conditions.

This stuff works, and was essential to me healing and overcoming my miserable condition. It did take me the full 5 weeks, so if you get discouraged after 3-4 weeks, stick with it -- even beyond 5 weeks if you have a severe case, I'd say. It just takes a long time for everything to heal.

FOLLOW. THE. DIRECTIONS. I'll note that you can still tuck a little TP in there after application (and maybe 30-60 sec of wait time) and I did throughout my treatment. I felt it helped minimize friction/agitation.
