Premier Stores in Holyhead, London Road. Dreadful service form the woman called Jane. She was rude and unhelpful and seemed to resent having to serve me and my kids. Threw my purchases back to me. It was distressing but the worst bit was that she and her work-mate were verbally and loudly discussing the behavior of someone called Arjen who also works there. very unprofessional and Jane was the instigator. Save your money and shop elsewhere.

Little Clacton Premier scanned out an empty bag for me when I went in to collect my parcel. Didn't care it was an empty bag said it wasnt their problem. Previous occasions parcels just chucked on the floor and my husband was told to look through for his parcel. Staff in this Premier are miserable, unfriendly and unhelpful I wont be using this Premier again will get my parcels sent somewhere else.

Poor First Experience - South Woodham Ferrers

Went in to collect my parcel, items thrown in a big pile all over the floor. Scanned my code then told to find the parcel in the floor mound. I don't mind self service if this was organised and laid out, but this was a joke really.

Likewise, the food and offerings in the store are three times that of what is elsewhere, I understand for convenience corner shops are more but even the co-op looks fair compared to this place.

Wouldn't use again unless I had to

If i can put zero i will. Rude customer service. I went to the shop just collect my parcel from Evri. The lady asked me to find it by myself. Within a minute she told me to get out from the store. I told her i got a tracking number and whats the order looks like. She said it make nothing different. Tell me get off. Thats the store i never met before. Very very rude and bad service so far.

Smelly store needs to kept 100%

The man who used to work in the Highcliffe Premier was friendly and it used to be a pleasure going in there. Unfortunately he has left and been replaced by one of the rudest men I have ever spoken to in my life. He is ignorant - if you say good morning or good afternoon he ignores you. He is impatient - if you don’t know how something works immediately (for example the new Evri machine that has recently been put in the shop), he loses his temper or argues with you. He is disrespectful - he speaks to you as if you are a piece of dirt. He is power hungry - I just went in there with my partner because I couldn’t face going in there alone after he raised his voice at me a couple of days ago. I left the shop part way through the transaction because he was so rude to both of us. Despite the fact I am in there all the time, he made my partner leave the shop to get my ID off me to collect a parcel. He knows full well what my name is and that it is me. I have just come home and turned off all the postage settings on my Vinted that require me to go in this shop because I cannot do it anymore. Please get rid of this employee - he should not be in a customer facing role.

Lovely shop with an excellent range of goods but the staff need some customer service training. The three young men behind the counter need to focus on the customer in front of them rather than talking among themselves. I felt invisible.

Irate customer service skills the staff need to be fired and fleet branch closed down

During a first time visit to the Premier Store in Brading, Isle of Wight, I was so appalled at the rude and abrupt manner of the man serving me, that I put the products I was about to purchase back on the shelf refusing to give them my business. He practically shouted at me while questioning how long I would use the car park area belonging to the store for. I will never use that store at any time in future. Horrible man.

I have been to many premier shops in my life but the shop on Ewenny road is really annoying, as one of the cashiers lies all the time saying that the card machine only takes £3 and up this is really annoying because I only buy drinks and £1 snacks from most shops and most premiers but the fact that I can’t after a long day of school is super frustrating

I went to buy an international driving licence in the Haslemere store after travelling quite a way to find somewhere that issues them. The guy that issues them did not issue it correctly and when I got home I realised it would be invalid as my photograph was not stamped. He couldn't be bothered to fill the form in or stick in the photo and I had to go to another store and start again.

I have been 3 times to my local one. The second time I bought a pasty and then realised it was 4 days out of date. Today they overcharged me by 82p. I only use them if I'm desperate. Rude staff.

The offers online at premier store do not match in store. Waste of twenty minute walk

Absolutely one of the worst stores around. The fact they don’t even bother responding to reviews says it all — they simply don’t care.

There’s far too much to mention, but my biggest bugbear is the crisps. They seem to stock only the massive “grab bag” sizes, presumably because there’s more profit in them. No normal-sized bags, just oversized, overpriced packets. An absolute rip-off.

Bought a few things from the premier Lesmurdie, Elgin by delivery and 5 of my items were all wrong. Not 1 but 5! (Including a loaf of bread that was squashed to the size of a pancake due to a 2 litre bottle of juice sitting on top of it). When I phoned to discuss this I was told put the items into a bag and it will be swapped by the right ones. There was no apology given! P.s. Still waiting for my items 1 hour later 😏

Absolutley inappropriate treatment from staff in Adams Avenue shop Saltcoats. Im disabled and use a service dog for my safety. I was refused entry for a jug of milk because of my service dog. I was asked to disclose my disabilities. I asked the staff member if he was aware of the Equality Act 2010, he said no he did not know about that. Shocking that a shop selling alcohol are failing to train staff on the legal basics. I have already reached out to premier stores customer relations, and reached out to the owner of the store a few days ago. I await a response. If I get no response I will escalate this further because its not cool. Assistance dogs are protected medical equiptment.

Edit: mother company Premier stores responded saying they are doing a visit and investigating, decent response.

Even if you have a disability basic communication skills are required to meet customers needs.being polite is a bonus.i will not need to visit again.

I just went to get a drink from a shop in sarn GK superstore and there was a price displayed 1.60. Went to the till and charged me 2.80. I said you can’t charge me more than what is displayed and she won’t let me have it for the price it says. So I put all my stuff back. This is not how you operate a store telling a customer they are wrong when I have a photo clearly stating the price on the shelf. So for the false advertising of your prices I am now abandoning your stores.
