We visited the Prezzo in new Brighton. The restaurant was well presented . We had a lovely welcome as we walked in. We were a party of 7 , two of which had special dietary requirements.which were extremely well catered for nothing was too much trouble for our server Tom . He was wonderful . Very professional, full of smiles . He made us feel special , really made our family get together run smoothly . The food was fantastic too especially the goats cheese ravioli.

Prezzo, Ringwood - great food and great service but unisex toilets, not good!

We had a table booked for 12 people for bottomless brunch after 25 minutes and still no drink we was told by the terrible staff that they had no pornstar martini in (clearly it's brought in and not made ftom scratch) we then said we was leaving to hear the chef swearing because we was going, he was that busy with the four other customers in there, for a Saturday afternoon how the place stays open in beyond me this was gainsborough Lincolnshire

Myself and 2 friends ate at Prezzo Felixstowe on 1st August. We hadn't been there for a while as we'd had a bad experience previously with quality of food and service. We thought we'd give it another try as I'd got a 30% off food voucher. Just as well really! To pay full price for what we had would have been a total waste of money. The quality and portion size was unbelievably bad! Calamari was tough and chewy and I had a starter of tomato and artichoke salad as a main....2 pieces of tomato, couple of ribbons of cucumber and about 4 slivers of artichoke on a flood of not very nice pesto. (£9 each). For mains my friend had a spaghetti bolognese which consisted of a huge amount of pasta and about a tablespoon of bolognese( £16 or £17). My other friend had a pizza which turned up with burnt edges about an inch in width and about 6vinches by 4inches in total area. £16. A large glass of wine was £9.50 and a cloudy lemonade £4.50!
We were appalled by the prices and the portion size. Also the quality of the food was really not worth the money. If you're going to charge a small fortune please make sure its worth it. Thank goodness for 30% off!!
Prezzo you really need to sort yourselves out. We used to really enjoy your food. I don't know what you think you're doing but I don't think you'll be doing it for much. longer! People won't pay your high prices for a vastly inferior product.
You have lost 3 customers and I expect quite a lot more across the country!

We booked a table at the Prezzo restaurant in King's Lynn recently, 19/7/24, we asked for 8 pm but we're told that would only be able to book 8.15, no problem it was Friday night after all. Imagine our surprise on turning up to an almost empty ,there were 6 other people in there, restaurant,strange. My wife ordered a Gorgonzola and prosciutto pizza and l a Saltimbocca chicken Sage .
There was very little filling on the pizza,there was a border 30/35 mm around the edges and my chicken was very dry. We had a bottle of red wine which was far too warm,we had to ask for ice to cool it somewhat ,it could have been served in a wine cooler in the first place. While we were eating a staff member was sweeping up the floor which we found a bit off putting and for the price we were charged found it very bad value. We ate in the adjacent Wetherspoons the following night and had a much more enjoyable meal at around half the price. That's it no more Prezzo's for us ,l see that they are in some difficulties at the moment, with service and meals like this l am frankly no surprised.

The food was really nice and the staff were friendly, nice surroundings but they have gone cashless so it’s a no from me I won’t be going again unless they change this policy.

Prezzo is just so rubbish. The food is just worse than school dinners. Don't waste you money. McD's is a million times better.

The restaurant is good, especially the food. Georgie was our waitress. She was very good especially with engaging with our two children, who in turn enjoyed the experience. To her goes our Thanks.

Visited my regular Prezzo in Torquay. Ex- marine so they usually give 20% off the whole bill when I use the Blue Light Card code.. Tonight it was restricted to 20% off the food element - and the prices had all gone up by £2-£3 per main course. Not good news, but Pierre Bistro in Torquay giving 25% off the whole bill.......just saying

Nice food, had to ask for drink several times though ,and would not visit again as payment is card only and would not accept cash

what is the point of having a restaurant with loads of empty seats at 7pm

Could understand if it was in a busy town
But midweek at a seaside resort??

Went to Exmouth prezzo tonight, omg what a shambles, wrong orders, kitchen ain’t got a clue what’s going on, felt so sorry for table staff as well under pressure with little to no help from management IF any was present, looked like some of the staff were in tears.
Food was mediocre at best, under cooked an late, need less so called invisible managers, sack the kitchen staff as useless, an get the table staff some help bless them. Never again

Fully cashless so avoid them like the plague!! Food is also awful and overpriced!

I ordered pasta arrabiata and the portion size was pathetic. Mediocre at best.
I tried to pay with cash but was told not accepted. Small notice in Window at front but no mention of this otherwise. Nothing on menu or bill.
Certainly won’t be returning.

Prezzo - Cheshire oaks
Service was fine and the girls where polite

Ordered seabass and it was awful the size was 4 mouth full at best, I asked for a salad instead of the peppers and aubergine etc.. well the salad was just leaves and 2 slices of cucumber and 4 half baby tomatoes
This was a mouth watering £19.50. The restaurant industry is suffering big time and now I can see why.. there is no need to give a portion size like that.. awful and charge £5 for a small portion of fries. It’s just not good enough. I told them the size wasn’t acceptable and portion size.. then was told - we will give your feedback to the team.. I should have not paid the bill - so annoyed I feel ripped off..

Shocking- expensive and poor service
Meal was horrible and waited for over an hour.
Garlic bread was dry bread with garlic butter.

Couldn’t use my blue light card because it was Mother’s Day- although the waiter did not promote the Mother’s Day menu, so paid full price for everything. 2 adult meals and 2 children meals with a drink each £100- shocking service

Salisbury branch
The food and the service was, let's say o/k, however the tables needed a bl**dy good clean with hot soapy water and not just the customary lick over with a damp rag.
When it comes to paying I will pay in cash and not as was demanded the Debit card, even though the waitress made a limp excuse "that I will get ze sack if you don't pay by card".
They had a choice my cash or nothing, they accepted the cash.
I was told that this is the policy of the head office, so let me tell HO, as a subsidiary of Cain international you should be pleased that in today's economic climate that clients chose to use your restaurant cash or card. With the number of branches you are closing, putting staff on the streets, you should be glad of any type of payment.
This is the UK and cash is still legal tender. € £💲

We were three for lunch, the restaurant wasn't overly busy. The food and the service were mediocre.

We ordered three drinks and received only two and when asking where the third drink was received a blank look.

Three meals were ordered, two arrived and we waited for the third meal which eventually arrived several minutes later.
The food was warm rather than hot and not the best quality

A side dish ordered had to be returned because it had not been prepared properly and half the ingredients were missing.

This was my first visit to Prezzo, it was not good quality food and for the price it was poor value.

Booked a table at Cheshire oaks the food was a let down pasta floating in milk 3 pieces chicken not cream as on the menu watery tasteless and definitely over priced. When we asked for the bill mentioned to the waitress had an e voucher she huffed and responded with hold on I minute no customer service skills there so will not be visiting your restaurant again

We went to Gainsborough Prezzo, we have been there a few times before and have had good service! But this time, I asked if instead of honey on top of pizza could I have have mozzarella and was surprised to see the bill included extra charge for mozerrella, this was not pointed out to us! When I asked the girl at the checkout, she was not interested to do anything to resolve the matter!
