Beware of Import duty..
The goods I purchased were excellent. No problem there. I was under the impression that I was buying from Primal Europe... in Europe and purchased in euro.
I did however have to pay €15 import duty to Ireland (Also in Europe) It was probably in the small print somewhere but was not apparent. Bit disappointed with this.

Very easy to navigate the website, good descriptions of all items, and the size guide is spot on. Bought the Zebra bib shorts in a medium size, ordering was straight forward and the item arrived within a couple of days. The shorts are really comfortable and very well made. I would highly recommend Primal.

Unexpected stiff import taxes/imports costs
Fine socks, fine service, quick turnaround and no complaints whatsoever. But....
I ordered @ primaleurope.com so was expecting all taxes imports included in the price being in Europe as I am. Also there was no (I did not see it) pre order or general warning about taxes/imports.
But you guessed it: On a total order of € 84,45 I had to pay € 23,59 taxes/imports at delivery....thats 28% extra. So not happy at all. Seems like Primal hides it.

UK shipping instead of EU shipping
Sorry Team, your site is PRIMAL EUROPE so we shall think all EU countries shall receive goods from you without any tax/custom/charges. But it is NOT the case as you ship from UK.... Too bad it is NOT written clearly at checkout...only mentioned in small letters at shipping terms... that is my problem. Cheers

Prompt delivery but one item was missing. Phoned same day as delivery: courteous customer service but had to phone again to ask what was happening. Missing item then arrived.
