The sizing of the jersey is much…
The sizing of the jersey is much smaller than other brands. Myself & other riders have bought jerseys that are too small & cannot be returned. They are also tight fitting on the arms.

We take every review seriously - good or bad and I am sorry you feel we only rate 1 star for Service when we pride ourselves on excellent customer service, and being able to help anyone who contacts us. I have looked into your order and see you recently brought a custom Evo 2.0 Jersey in a recent Team Store, and you mentioned several people chose the wrong size. As this is a custom item, I wanted to check that, as part of a club, you had access to the Fit Kits and were able to try before you buy? Fit Kits - we have full-sizing packs available to try before you buy, especially if you have never worn a Primal product before. Every item we sell on custom is available in sizing packs to avoid these issues. Also, did you contact anyone at Primal to help advise you on sizing if you were unsure?
We are also local in Plymouth, and you can always pop in and check to sizes Monday to Friday if you are passing. Please do hesitate in future to contact us before buying anything online, if you need help understanding the products or fit of the items. Thanks again

I can see you emailed us on December 14th to which we replied to advise due to UK Industrial Action parcels are taking a little longer than normal to get through the system, which is completely out of our control. I have again tracked your parcel today and can see it is in German Customs and has been since 18th December, so please make sure you acknowledge any contact from them. Thanks again

Long sleeve top was bought as a medium…
Long sleeve top was bought as a medium "compression top" but sized as per a large in the sizing guide and was cut in what can only be described as a loose fit. Tights were good quality and sizing but the lettering print was not in the location specified in the design.

I can see you ordered as part of our custom programme and your team manager would have had samples and fit kits available for sizing before you buy. Any designs would have been signed off before we produce and make, to the approved artwork.
