Top company ,great customer service bought a few items from them and alway shipped very quickly, would highly recommend.

I ordered a large awning which I had to return as it wasn’t suitable (no complaint about the product) . As it was such a large item it was difficult to sort the return but I was very impressed with the help I got from Phil B in customer services. He replied promptly and was polite professional and really helpful. This is how all customer service experiences should be. A big thank you to him for helping with a difficult return.

Thought I had a problem with my awning that had not retracted fully on the remote. Contacted customer services with my issue by email and had a response with a solution and pictures attached within 24 hours. Thanks to Phil B at Primrose. Cannot fault my awning and good customer service. Keep it up.

Good quality awning from Primrose but had an issue with it being lopsided and didn’t have the instruction manual anymore to look at. I emailed Primrose with photos to show them what the issue was and got an immediate response from Phil B with instructions and a diagram of what to do which resolved the issue. Very pleased all round.

Although I get a little frustrated with customer service chat lines Primrose Awnings we’re quick, efficient & answered by query immediately unlike many other online websites that take 48 hours to reply. Keep this up & your keep your customers happy & returning.

I bought a large awning from this company during the recent lockdown and it arrived within a couple of days. The instructions were superb and I managed to install it with the help of a mate. Since then it has been faultless in operation (due to the high quality of the product) and gains many admirers as well as sheltering is from the sun and light rain during al fresco days. Initially I misplaced the small adjustment tool and asked if I could purchase a replacement but they immediately sent one free of charge. More recently the remote for the lights failed and again I contacted them to purchase a replacement but they said as it was within the warranty period they will again replace free of charge. All in all the awning and after sales service is exemplary and I have no hesitation in highly recommending Primrose for awnings and servicing.

Plants arrive dead and they have stopped responding to my messages. Was told to plant them and they’d be OK. They’re brown and 100% dead.
Tree sent I paid for 7ft it’s 4ft tops (including pot) and nothing been done yet.

We have dealt with this company for many years for awning purchases and have always found customer service brilliant. My main contact Steve Sidle is always extremely helpful and fast in responding to any queries. Any problems are always resolved quickly without quibble. Great company to deal with highly recommended.

I bought 3 awnings from Primrose and one turned out to have a manufacturing flaw. On contacting the Company the matter was speedily resolved with a replacement unit arranged without quibble. I am impressed with this level of honest response which is refreshing in these times.

Contacted primrose awnings with a query for a replacement awning, very quick response, IE next day and a very good explanation of the query. Phil was very good, cannot comment on the replacement awning about to order it now. But customer service excellent.

I can’t write enough about how Fantastic and helpful this company have been ( especially Phil B ) even though I ended up having to have a refund ( nothing to do with product) Phil tried everything to help me rectify my problem. I will deffo buy from them again when the time comes.

I’m glad I ordered plants before checking out the reviews on Trustpilot, or I wouldn’t have bothered, but my plants arrived on time and were healthy….the only gripe I have is the plants were upside down in the boxes, and some were ever so slightly damaged…I guess that’s got more to do with the Courier Company and not Primrose

I bought some bulbs from Primrose and planted them around 5 weeks ago. I checked the container this weekend as there was nothing happening. To my sadness, I discovered the bulbs were all white and mushy.
I emailed Primrose just for some advice as the what I may have done wrong as I didn't think I had under or over watered. Some other bulbs I had purchased at the same time have sprouted no problem.
Without any question, they immediately told me they would replace the bulbs! I think this is extraordinary customer service for which I am more than happy to give a great review.
I love the information email that also arrived with care and planting instructions for the specific item purchased.
Great company, so glad I discovered them.

Ordered a large planter which arrived in good time and well packed. I had a minor issue and contacted Customer Services. The matter was resolved speedily, courteously and in a very professional manner. Customer service staff are exceedingly pleasant, very understanding and easy to deal with. Overall, a great customer service experience; left feeling very happy. Will definitely consider using Primrose if I need anything else for the garden.
