We recently ordered a branded gazebo from UK Tents and couldn’t be happier with the result. The quality of the gazebo is excellent, it’s sturdy, well-made, and the printed branding looks fantastic with vibrant colours and a professional finish.

The ordering process was straightforward, communication was great throughout, and the gazebo arrived on time. It was easy to set up and has already made a huge difference at our events, helping us stand out and look much more professional.

If you’re looking for a high-quality branded gazebo with excellent customer service, I’d highly recommend UK Tents. We’ll definitely be using them again in the future!

Unfortunately I was sent the incorrect size gazebo which I had purchased via Amazon.I messaged Amazon and was quickly contacted by UK Tents.Leanne,Customer Service Advisor,dealt with my query.Leanne was friendly,courteous,quick to reply to emails and efficiently sorted a replacement gazebo

I am extremely disappointed with both the quality of the product and the after-sales service I have received.

Before purchasing the Elite marquee, I explained exactly how I intended to use it and relied on both the advice provided by the sales team and the descriptions on the website when deciding which model to buy.

The Elite range was presented as being suitable for heavy-duty commercial use.

After only around two months of minimal use, the elasticated bungees securing the canopy had deteriorated, the canopy fixings repeatedly failed, and the canopy itself tore.

The frame remained securely anchored throughout, so my complaint has never been about the structure itself.

What has been most frustrating is that, despite repeatedly explaining that the issue relates to the premature failure of the canopy components, my concerns have never been properly addressed. This marquee is not fit for purpose.

I provided photographs, explained the circumstances in detail, and made every reasonable effort to resolve the matter amicably. Unfortunately, the retailer maintained its position and declined to provide any meaningful remedy.

As a result, I have been left with no alternative but to pursue the matter through the County Court's Small Claims process.

Based on my experience, both the quality of the product and the after-sales support fell well below my expectations. I would encourage prospective customers to avoid this company completely!

I was unsure of what type of gazebo I needed so when I contacted uk tents I spoke to Leanne who was very helpful and knowledgable . Needless to say I was very happy with the help I received .

I bought a 3.95x3m awning from UK Tents recently. The item was shipped the next day via DX. Unfortunately the wrong delivery day was provided by DX (they said Tuesday but it came Wednesday). CCTV footage showed a single driver deliver the item which weighed 40kg. He dropped one end getting it out of the van, dragged the package to the rear garden and dropped it again. The packaging was good though so I thought nothing more of it. Installation was easy enough; screw brackets to the wall, attach awning and insert bolts to hold it. Unfortunately the winding peg seemed bent and caught on the end plate so couldn’t be unwound. After 1 email with photos and video to customer service they sent out a replacement part which arrived the next day and sorted the problem. My gripes with DX are a different issue but the item quality and customer service from UK Tents was excellent and I would buy from them again. Simple, stress free experience really from them, sorting a problem quickly and without fuss.

My husband ordered a garden gazebo a couple of weeks ago. Amanda from customer services was incredible! She kept us up to date with the whole tracking order and just gave us peace of mind. Gazebo looks amazing in the garden. Would definitely recommend.

After having problems with the first awning we purchased, the team at UK tents eventually sent a replacement (after a review of the issues). This second awning is perfect. However special thanks must go to Leanne (Customer Services Advisor) who chased up the despatch of the replacement and kept us in the loop to ensure we were ultimately satisfied with the product.

I contacted UK Tents for spare parts for a 12m x 6m marquee. I spoke to Leanne Kennedy and her service and efficiency were second to none. In no time, my parts were on order and will soon be on their way. Leanne was very friendly and helpful. Couldn't ask for more. Thanks!

Always cautious about ordering online, however I’m happy to recommend UK Tents are spot on. Customer Service is a real person, quality of the Pergola is very good. Took us about 4 hours to build (impact driver is essential). Only criticism is the roof bolts could be 5mm longer which would help. Definitely recommended

FIRSTLY IT WAS LOVELY TO SPEAK TO HUMANS WHO UNDERSTOOD WHAT I WANTED TO PURCHASE.
THEN I CONTACTED TO REQUEST A DELIVERY TIME TO SUIT ME, THEY MADE ARRANGMENTS TO DELIVER LATE IN THE DAY AS IT WAS BEING FITTED THE DAY AFTER, SO IT WAS DELIVERED ABOUT 8PM BY A VERY NICE AND POLITE MAN. AWNING FITTED NEXT DAY, I WAS DELIGHTED. I HAVE ONLY OPENED IT A FEW TIMES DUE TO BAD WEATHER IN MANCHESTER.
UK GO THAT EXTRA MILE AND I WILL DEFINATLY RECOMMEND. YES IT IS LOVELY, I ONLY HAD TROUBLE GETTING AN ELECTRICIAN TO FEED IT INTO THE HOUSE. I DID EVENTUAĹY. FROM START TO FINISH THE PROCESS WAS EASY. I THANK EVERYONE I SPOKE TO.

Bought a £250 awaning.Arrived quick,unpacked it and found the fixing relly cheap and nasty they deffo dont look strong enough for a 3m awning,as I have done this job a few time before so I got some heavy duty 20mm coach bolts.
Once installed there was an obvious fault with it as the crank handle was catching on the cassette frame,I emailed and sent a video off to them a few days later I got a reply.... it read: "the building team have sugested bending the shaft out to staighten it and also standing more at an angle"

ill let you decide what that means and if thats acceptable.

Ordered on the Friday of a bank holiday weekend, delivered the next day. Fantastic company to deal with.
Tent seems fairly bomb proof also.

I bought a pop-up gazebo from this company back in December 2025. It was a seasonal item, so I stored it indoors, completely dry and unused, until I finally got it out to use for the first time recently. After literally one single use, I took it down and noticed the stitching was already coming apart, seams were splitting, and threads were hanging loose all over clearly bad workmanship and a manufacturing fault from the start.

I contacted them straight away with photos showing exactly what was wrong. Their response They refused to help properly, saying it was over 30 days since purchase and they wouldn’t replace it or give a refund. They tried to tell me it might be due to storage or use even though it’s obvious from the photos it’s just poorly made, and it’s only been used once. They then offered to sell me a replacement roof at "cost price" for £40, expecting me to pay to fix their mistake.

It’s clear they care more about their own internal rules than actual customer rights or selling decent products.

If you buy from them, be warned if their product fails, even on the very first use, they will find any excuse not to help you. I certainly won’t be buying from them again, and I’ll be telling everyone I know to stay well clear
