Excellent customer service reponse dealing with missing part caused by packaging damaged in transit.

I order a 5 x 12 tent and was waiting over 1 month for it as it came from there warehouse in Germany. There delivery time was suppose to be 10 - 14 days. I had to chase it up several times as I needed it for an event and each time I was told the tracking would be updated and it wasnt. Eventually it arrived. The tent it self is good easy to build and we made it extra sturdy by using u shape pipe clips to secure it to our garden fence. As a good will gesture the company sent me storage bag for the tent free of charge.

Marquee arrived quickly. The only reason it was 4 stars instead of 5 is because the order arrived without the sides and the marquee wasn’t fully ready for the party we had bought it for.

It’s worth noting that the customer service was excellent and the issue was rectified swiftly.

Your delivery was short of all its necessary parts. It took ages and several deliveries to correct!
This was job for JaguarLandRover, who recommended you but are now very upset!
I’m not sure if it was House of Tents or UPS who were at fault!
I purchased a total of 5off - 5m x 10m tents. Which was quite a significant amount of money! Very poor!

Ordered a marquee after setting the roof up we noticed a hole, got InTouch with customer services and we was informed we was out of guarantee because we put it up. To this day we have only put the roof on. Now anyone that can check a marquee/tent up size is 5m by 3m. As you can imagine I was devastated they offered a patch but we have to supply the glue. Now buying new I expected it to be fit for purpose, hole in roof not fit for purpose. Speaking to customer services was dismissive of our concern. Unfortunately we had to go through PayPal with a dispute a customer service manager rang me from house of tents and sorted out a new roof and said customer services were wrong.
I'm happy with my buy but could have done with out the stress for two months getting the roof sorted. If it weren't for the stress they would have got five stars.

Great range of marquees, purchased a 5x10m marquee and was perfect for our needs. Quality of the material is really good. Easy to follow instructions to put up and take down. Delivery was quick and everything provided was correct. I would recommend and purchase from Houseoftents again.

Great company very fast delivery

After only two years our reasonably expensive and better than average quality Gazebo developed a fault. I finally decided to contact the company, sent them some photos of the damage and asked for their observations. Almost by return I received a reply and was advised that a new set of covers for the Gazebo would be provided. To say I was absolutely delighted with this response is an understatement. So often nowadays companies couldn’t care less about customer care. It was very refreshing to find a company for whom customer satisfaction is clearly a priority. The new covers arrived from Germany in a matter of a few days. It seems to me that this is outstanding service. I would have no hesitation in purchasing from them again. I also have no hesitation in recommending them.

Ordered by phone, very helpful staff. Good communication, good product. Erected the Marquee the next day all parts fitted together great. A good sturdy product exactly what I was looking for.

Very pleased that I was able to buy a new front for my garage after the zip starting playing up.
The service was excellent as I had cause to have to speak to someone and I was able to very easily.
The package was delivered a few days later fully tracked by UPS.

Happy with service,however did find payment very difficult, and finally spare parts are far to expensive.However happy with product and would purchase again from yourselves. Regards.

Fast , quick and efficient service !

Great product, fast delivery

I bought an 8 x 5m party tent from House of Tents in June for my Mums 90th birthday afternoon tea party. My friend and I put it up mostly by ourselves, but found we needed an extra pair of hands just to get the roof section up once the tent was in place over the frame. The tent has been absolutely fantastic and was much needed to keep the sun off everyone, rather than the rain. It seems to be of good quality...pretty robust and looked really good, particularly once decorated with bunting etc.
Customer service has been brilliant, from when I called to enquire of the delivery date, to a recent call I made - this is a rarity nowadays; efficient, customer focused and polite - well done House of Tents and especially Charlotte! The tent is still up as of todays date (28th Sept) but will come down any day as it's more than fulfilled its requirement. I'm sure I will get plenty more use out of it for celebrations further down the line. All round I'm very pleased and can recommend this company if you're thinking of a purchase.

Great company to deal with very professional

Good delivery service. Frame is exactly whay I wanted and the fabric for the roof and sides is good quality. However the instructions are absolutely awful. There is no reference as to how to put the sides on , it doesn't tell you that the sides wont go on unless you undo the 4 roof ties plus there is no information on how to line up the velcro webbing down the sides. If you have extended the frame fully the sides won't fit, you have to push it in, the instructions don't mention this at all.
