Once we sorted out what part went where, it was easy to assemble.

The whole operation went smoothly and processed in professional way from the order to the delivery, also the customer service department team was responsive and handled the issue with the quality in a good way .in general it was a good experience

I ordered a marquee in July and only opened it to erect it in September to discover there were two parts missing even though it was well out of the 14 day guarantee time house of tents agreed to replace the two missing parts totally free I would highly recommend house of tents for their customer service quick to respond to problems and great delivery service

Genuinely amazing product, make sure you follow the instructions or it can be tough to build but there’s no doubt the quality is exceptional

We bought a marquee from these after our family grew this year, put it up so we could all sit down for dinner. Ok it took about three weeks to come, in that middle of that crazy heat wave. We decided we couldn't check the marquee properly unless we put it up. Size marquee 5m by 3m. We put it up and we found a hole in the roof in the middle. Got straight onto them to be told we out of guarantee as we have put it up. We had no choice how can you check something this big. We haven't put the sides up still in bags it came in. We was told with good will by them we will send you patches but we have to supply the glue. Now if I'd bought seconds from the shop I'd understand the patches but this was brand new less then three wks old straight out of box and bag. Customer services don't give a dam so I advise no one buy from them unless you don't mind patches on a new marquee.
I'm so upset with our journey with this company I'm scared off opening the rest of the marquee on what else we find.

UPDATE
After two months the roof as been sorted a new roof as been delivered. Nothing to do with they terrible customer services that you get a reply from if you have any problems don't want to name them but I've mentioned them to a person I've spoken too to replace roof. He insisted that what the person told me was wrong you can't check these marquee unless you put them up. I had to go through PayPal to get it sorted raised a complaint through them. New roof was delivered today that was the right thing to do by them. So two months of stress of thinking we wasted money on the marquee is now sorted thank you micheal Agweil Sales Support Manager. I will up the star to three but would have been higher except for your customer services at the beginning and all the stress with the agro

Great Company Really Helpful Great Products

The order process via email is very slow and old fashioned. Not taking payments by phone or online makes your business look old and very out of touch. In truth had I known it would be this difficult I would not have purchased the marquee from you in the first place

Having said that you did finally manage to deliver the correct items, so your customer team despite working with 20th century tools is doing its best.

Besides receiving only 2 out of the 3 boxes were supposed to receive, they managed to send us the third box on time so the marquee was up on time and it really helped to the event.

It is over 2 years since I purchased a 6x3m marquee from HouseOfTents for use by a local charity and it has been everything we wanted. It is well-constructed, and has coped well with all of its uses. The fabric seems as good now as when we first got it, and it all looks like we will get many more years use from the marquee.

We also purchased tie-down straps and they also have been very useful. The marquee has happily stood up to winds where we needed to take down some cheaper gazebos.

I definitely recommend this marquee for anyone who needs something that lasts well and is strong enough to cope with 30mph or more winds.

Had an event for the week I ordered the marquee. Arrived on time and then realised there was a box short.
Had to wait another week for the missing box to arrive and by that time didn’t really need the marquee.

Wasted all my time and money.

Prompt delivery and have unpacked the kit to read up the erection sequence . Have just completed building a new 20sqmts patio at 82yrs , which was tougher than I remember doing it at 60yrs ! Not begun building it up yet as am awaiting a cancer op on my right ear . It looks really good quality , so will send a photo once I have put it all together .

I bought a 6Mtr x 3Mtr Marquee a few years ago and was immediately impressed with the quality of the materials - the steel poles, the tent sides and roof, the bungees,clips etc.. Two of us easily managed to follow the very clear instructions and erected the tent in no time, resulting in a strong, sturdy and waterproof versatile tent. The dismantling of the tent afterwards was also so very easy with 2 people and was also easy to store away until next time. I was particularly impressed with the quality of design and manufacture of the individual parts and how they fitted together perfectly - I refer in particular to the poles clipping into the joints with precision, the bungees lining up exactly with the holes in the sides and roof to secure to the poles, the extra clips to secure the bottom of the walls to the bottom of the legs and on completion, the feeling of a very sturdy, dry and robust tent. It comes with a 10 year parts guarantee with spare parts easily available. Quality and satisfaction throughout!!

Very quick delivery. Great looking, quality item. Managed to do the whole construction single handed but it would have been much quicker and easier with 2 or more. Only one small niggle was the pictures on the instructions for the roof construction were not very clear as to which panels overlap which, anyway I managed it and it is watertight.
