Excellent product & service
Very quick delivery. Great looking, quality item. Managed to do the whole construction single handed but it would have been much quicker and easier with 2 or more. Only one small niggle was the pictures on the instructions for the roof construction were not very clear as to which panels overlap which, anyway I managed it and it is watertight.

Disappointed
I was excited to take delivery of our new gazebo but as I started to unpack the parts, nearly every part was scratched and one had a small dent! Having guests coming I contacted House of Tents to find out whether I send the gazebo back, they replace the parts or how I should proceed. No response was received until I wrote my review. So my guests came and no beautiful gazebo to sit under! Very disappointing indeed. A teeny mark here or there I can understand but nearly every piece and some quite bad is a bit too much.

I ordered the 10x5 MTR tent
I ordered the 10x5 MTR tent it arrived very quickly when I built it I noticed that some of the welded seams on the roof section were damaged. I phoned and spoke with Gavin who after sending photos sent a replacement roof out, it was with me in 2 days Gavin solved the issue without delay and his polite professionalism is a credit to the company. Wth customer service like this I would not hesitate to purchase from house of tents again.

Great quality Marquee - Excellent customer service
I purchased a 8m x 5m White Marquee earlier in the year and wanted to have some time using it before leaving a review. The order process and delivery was straight forward and quick. The marquee came packaged exceptionally well and first impressions were not disappointing. The marquee has been used a number of times and the quality and robustness is exceptional. The assembly instructions are comprehensive and further aided by video demonstration. I had a number of queries initially and these were responded to by the customer service team efficiently. Highly recommend!!!

No issues whatsoever. Ordered a 4x6 marquee, was delivered quite quickly. Iv called twice with questions about other products and the team have always been helpful. Looking to purchase my second marquee soon

House of Tents- Star Performers
I initially purchased a FLEX 10m x 5m marquee from House of Tents to complement another marquee I already had. I was genuinely impressed with it — it was surprisingly sturdy and very easy to put up, especially considering the price.
Unfortunately, just one week before my party, the other marquee was completely wrecked by a storm, leaving me in a bit of a panic! I immediately placed an order with House of Tents for a replacement, explaining the urgency as the party was only a few days away.
I honestly couldn’t have asked for better service. They went out of their way to prioritise my order and managed to get it delivered the very next day. That level of customer service is becoming increasingly rare.
The marquee itself is excellent, but what really impressed me was the efficiency, helpfulness and genuine willingness of the team to put themselves out to help when I really needed it.
A fantastic company, great products and, most importantly, great people who actually care about their customers.

I ordered a 6meter outdoor garage
I ordered a 6meter outdoor garage, delivery was good however the garage was erected in March 2026 so six months ago, and already the material covering has torn in many places and won’t be long until it disintegrates, I contacted house of tents and they replied stating wear and tear wasn’t covered and sent a copy of there guarantee which basically is a complete cop out, I’m totally dissatisfied this the product and the company, avoid.
