I ordered a 3x3m Pop-up Gazebo from House of Tents, and I am so pleased I chose them! The Gazebo arrived a lot quicker than expected, exactly what I ordered, and it looked great. Good quality, colour as described, and easy to set up. Unfortunately, I managed to damage one of the legs when the gazebo blew over, but the customer service was very helpful and efficient. I recommend this company and their tents/gazebos for their excellent product, fast delivery, and good customer service. Thank you House of Tents!

It would be good if there was a way of securing the curtains when only one side is open and some way to stop the curtains flapping in the wind whether they are open or closed. Easy to erect in two hours. I am pleased with gazebo.

Ordered an 8 x 4m tent for a party. The 1st box arrived but the other 2 just showed 'an exception' on the DX site. So called HoT, no answer, so I emailed. Next day I got a response, confirming a delay (but no date)! It was now Thursday and the party was on Sunday with inclement weather forecast! So I called, phone was answered, he had no more info available from the 3rd party logistics company, so promised to call them and find out. Igor called back from Hamburg within a half an hour, confirmed that they were lost in transit. So he packed replacement boxes and expedited to be delivered by Saturday morning.....well they arrived first thing Friday morning, by noon the tent was up. I was very impressed with the quality and the ease of installation (I would suggest marking the poles to make it easier). Stayed dry under heavy rain, the guests were all impressed with the 'big top' tent!

I bought a hard top gazebo which was delivered very quickly unfortunately the delivery company delayed one of the packages and also damaged some of the parts however house of tents rectified this offering to replace the parts, love the gazebo it’s solid and looks great over my decking

I didn’t check my order when it arrived. It was missing 3 boxes. I called the company where very helpful. It was past the check and report day but they still helped and gave me the missing boxes. Thank you so much.

Every aspect of my contact with this company has been faultless. I recently ordered a new gazebo to match an existing one. It was delivered delivered within 3 days of the order being placed.
More recently a leg broke on the older gazebo, and when I spoke to Igor at customer services, he was able to itentify the part concerned, was able to confirm that it was still available, and promised to send one straight out free of charge.
I can't ask for more than this.

Its an amazing company with great customer service. Any time I need help or parts they support me. I have bought all my marquees from them and will keep on purchasing.

Delivery was 3 weeks late, which meant it was in time for the rain and missed the real summer.

Assembly instructions poor and no video to follow.

Solid company with fantastic service. I ordered an 8x3m marquee, which arrived on time and was extremely well packaged. It was straightforward to put up and the quality was excellent.

I needed some assistance with additional parts, and these were supplied FOC without any hesitation. I then received a follow-up phone call to confirm everything had arrived and to check whether I needed any further assistance.

There are lots of companies out there, but this is by far one of the best I’ve dealt with. The aftercare and customer service are exceptional.

Very happy with the quality of Gazebo and although there was a small issue with the curtain, Charlotte resolved the issue very quickly and I was happy with the service.
The Gazebo has been in the garden for six months and we love it and would highly recommend House of Tents

Easy to order and got the things delivered on time. Everything as mentioned. We were missing parts, but emailed them ,and they sent replacement very quickly. Happy to recommend

Quick delivery. The tent is basically not bad. However there are a few major issues.
The instructions are ridiculously poor. Small text. Faint text. And mostly images that make very little sense. I was able to erect without the instructions but clear written guides would be good.
The corners are the big weak spot . Just bits of pvc hanging. If they were made with grommets so they could be secured to the other sections it would be so much better. When it rains the corners will definitely allow water in ....... I plan to buy a grommet kit and secure yhe corners myself.
Apart from that it's a decent tent for the price ...... a few more improvements and it could be great.....

We have received the most fantastic service from House of Tents, the team were always available via email and by phone to discuss any queries or questions and assist with parts and user manuels. The personal touch they offer in a world of AI and chatbots really does set them as a reputable company that can be trusted and used time and time again. Although we ordered this marquee for ourselves (5m x 10m) for family parties we do also run an event management company and the higher grade marquee fabric would definitely be suitable for professional events and we will be ordering again soon for the business. Special mention to Gavin who has been extremely helpful with this order.

I purchased a car port 11 months ago the outer cover had ripped I asked the company if they do replacement covers they asked for pictures which I sent they then informed me me they are sending a replacement free of charge fantastic customer service all sorted in a couple of days will definitely be recommending and using this company again I can’t thank them enough

Fabulous product and excellent customer support !

The tent itself is ok, however in its first outing the pegging down of side panels has ripped the material around the eyelets, as everyone knows this weekend just gone 9/8/26 was hottest recorded so no wind or pressure on panels.
Also getting the correct parts was also a nightmare 4 deliveries later and still not right
1st delivery following items missing:
All pegs,
All bungee fasteners
All guide ropes
All side panel fasteners
2nd delivery pegs only
3rd delivery remaining accessories….,On delivery of these
Wrong bungee fasteners short ones sent rather than long ones
Another 4th delivery required !!!
Over 6 weeks to just get these.

When putting marquee up even though correct number of short extender poles was delivered three of these were incorrect sizes (fasteners in wrong places)z
As this was in day of use had no other choice but to use them which subsequently buckled the long poles
A call to the manager is now required
