I bought 2 off 5M X 10M gazeco’s from House of Tents earlier this year for a garden party.

The tents arrived in sturdy cardboard cases, all the component parts were there, easily identified and assembled.

Sufficient person power is required during final assembly but the handbooks enclosed with each tent were clear and concise and easily followed.

High winds put a slight kink in 4 of the poles , but getting them replaced was very simple, the part numbers were easily identified. I sent an email
to House of Tents and they came back to me the same day with an acceptable solution to the challenge.

I would have no problem recommending a House ff Tents Gazebo to any prospective buyers.

They are sturdy, simple to assemble and good value for money.

If properly maintained, they should last many years. Thank you to House of Tents for your excellent service.

Overall really impressed with customer service had couple issues but team were able to sort it out well in time.

We managed to construct our new gazebo following the easy instructions. Unfortunately, one of the tubular frame pieces had been slightly damaged in transit. We were able to repair it and still use it put the gazebo up. I sent feedback to the company, as per the standard invite on their email, along with a photo. They were very quick to respond and offered either a replacement, full refund, or partial refund, which we accepted, as we'd been able to rectify the fault ourselves. The partial refund was sent through very rapidly. An excellent company to deal with, wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Our community amateur sports club purchased a 12m x 8m marquee from House of Tents for use at club events. Unfortunately, the marquee suffered a structural collapse shortly after being erected in accordance with the supplied instructions.

When we contacted the company, our warranty claim was rejected on the basis that wind gusts of 53 km/h were recorded in the area and that weather-related damage is excluded from the warranty.

The company relied on a weather-map screenshot showing a 53 km/h gust with no timeframe specified. However, archived weather data we subsequently reviewed for the local area around the relevant time showed wind speeds of approximately 29.5 km/h, raising questions about the basis of the company's conclusion.

What we found frustrating was that the instructions provided with the marquee state that it should be dismantled during "adverse weather conditions", but do not define what wind speed constitutes adverse weather. The documentation also states that the marquee was not tested for wind loads. Despite this, the company relied on a reported wind speed to reject the claim.

As a volunteer-run, not-for-profit sports club, we expected a more thorough investigation into the cause of the failure and clearer evidence supporting the conclusion that the collapse was solely weather-related.

The response we received felt more like a standard warranty rejection than a detailed assessment of what had actually happened.

We appreciate that the company offered a discount on replacement parts, but we were disappointed by the lack of meaningful support following the collapse of a marquee that had been assembled according to the instructions provided.

Unfortunately, based on our experience, we will never be purchasing a large event marquee from this supplier again.

Bought a marquee and it has been fabulous… hosting parties in our garden.
The last event was our sons wedding which was very personal and emotional.after this event we needed additional parts .and they were very quick in responding and sending out the parts

I ordered a marquee, which arrived promptly and was delivered by a helpful delivery driver. Unfortunately my order was incomplete, as the large staking poles were missing from the package. Thankfully, there were enough smaller stakes included, which I am using instead for the time being.

I have emailed the company and hope this was simply a packing error that will be resolved by sending the missing parts promptly. Overall, the marquee appears to be good, but receiving an incomplete order has been disappointing.

They did send me the missing pegs, now I have no complaints, am happy with the service and would recommend this company.

House of tents were very helpful on the phone, pre purchase and after.
Had a box split on delivery & they replaced missing parts within days.
The industrial tent is fabulous, easy assemble & the cover is substantial!

Delivery arrived as per estimated date. It was a heavy huge parcel as tent size was 5mt x 4mt. It is made of
good quality material and have used it once on a dry sunny day so can not say more but quite pleased with it.

Items are poor quality and broke quickly. The customer service was slow and lacked clarity. Gazebo broke after a days use and we were unable to get a replacement, endless excuses were given as to why. Avoid.
