Perfect for outdoor use on your special day.
Delivery arrived as per estimated date. It was a heavy huge parcel as tent size was 5mt x 4mt. It is made of
good quality material and have used it once on a dry sunny day so can not say more but quite pleased with it.

Items are poor quality and broke quickly. The customer service was slow and lacked clarity. Gazebo broke after a days use and we were unable to get a replacement, endless excuses were given as to why. Avoid.

I purchased the PE Marquee 5m x 10m…
I purchased the PE Marquee 5m x 10m (92104) for my daughter graduation party and I must say it was an easy install if you follow the instructions and combine that with the video. The tent frame is study and despite the windy conditions, it held steady. Guest comments on how good it looked after decoration. Dismantling it afterwards was also an easy task and can be done by one person.

Purchased Industrial Tent Outlander
Purchased Industrial Tent Outlander at the beginning of the year, really impressed with the quality of the product I decided to purchase two Outlander tents. After leaving in storage for two months I eventually started to erect only to find an item missing. Contacted customer services (Gavin) and he then agreed to send out a replacement free of charge, I'm over the moon.

Flimsy and not fit for purpose.
The quality of the supposed pro marquee was awful. Used for a garden party in the summer and began to break, lift and sway in a moderate breeze.
Response from Customer service " the structure failed during use" so no return or resolution. Avoid at all costs. Selling imported junk and offering no customer protection.

Poor quality zipper and wanting a 5 star review to offer customer service
I purchased a premium storage tent from House of Tents and whilst the frame is solid the materials they make the walls and rook from are not. The zip on the door broke within 10 days of putting it as the zipper is less premium than any other zipper I own and where the walls come in sections you constantly have to rearrange them for them to stay watertight.
I contacted customer support informing them of the issue with the door and how the zip had broken within days of it going up, and they called me really quickly which was brilliant, but their response wasn't so brilliant. I was informed that if I left them a 5 star review they would send me a new door section. I declined their offer and said you either do the right thing or you don't, you shouldn't have to be bribed to do it. The conversation ended. I then got an email informing me as the tent had been put up incorrectly the door had broken and it wouldn't be replaced. The tent hadn't been put up incorrectly, everything was as it should be.
It was really disappointing considering I had purchased 4 other tents from them in the past. You live and learn.

Purchase experience Field Shelter 4x4
My initial enquiry was answered with a suggestion of another product so went with purchasing the 4mx4m field tent. The order was processed efficiently and received updated postal and carriage information.
All came complete on a pallet in good sturdy boxes.
The instructions were concise and easy to understand. I built most of the frame on my own and then needed quit a bit of help to pull over the heavy PVC cover. Concrete anchors were supplied of good quality.
Unfortunately a forklift bent one of the uprights within days, House of Tents are now supplying a replacement.

I had to contact customer service to get a replacement spare part, and they were very helpful and easy to deal with. They responded quickly to my query and made the process simple. Overall, I'm very pleased with the service and would happily order from them again.

Good quality tent let down by poor instructions
The order process was straightforward and the storage tent arrived on schedule. The boxes were slightly battered and were clearly not strong enough to hold the contents. Fortunately nothing was damaged.
The assembly instructions were terrible and so the assembly time quoted as 1 hour is laughable, it took two of us a day and a half to fully assemble. Much of that time was wasted trying to interpret the poor instructions and having to redo things we'd misunderstood. The instructions didn't actually match the contents, it looks like some fittings have been updated but they haven't bothered to update the instructions. If only someone took the time to film a step by step youtube video showing assembly of this exact model a lot of time and frustration would have been avoided.
Unfortunately we were missing a single nut, I emailed the company but after getting no reply I purchased said nut from my local DIY shop.
We're very pleased with the quality of the tent now it is assembled but it's hard to fully recommend due to the poor instructions and lack of response from the company.
Edit: House of tents have now supplied me with the missing nut (and a few extra), so customer support came through in the end. Thanks.
