Fantastic product and great friendly customer service. About 20 years ago I purchased a 3x3 meter pink n purple gazebo for my puppet workshop activities , but latterly it’s been used for festival crew camping shelter . This gazebo was used every summer, 6 weeks a year non stop for 20 years . It only ever needed one canopy replacement and a couple of screws replaced (which Gala sent me for free) It sadly died this year when another gazebo blew into it.
I’ll be purchasing another one for next summer ABSOLUTELY!
Excellent quality item from a UK company.

Not impressed with Gala tents new, replacement canopy which leaked at the 4 strapping points. Absolutely obviously a manufacturing error. (Had the previous one for eight years which developed holes elsewhere and leaked. )They sent me sealant instead of replacement which I thought was a major cop out but needed the gazebo for a show. They gave scant instructions and now state I have pulled the straps too tightly, applied sealant to wrong side and used it too many times. Only one of these is evidence based (the sealant on the wrong side but they gave no instruction as to which side). Only used it once in the rain then 2 subsequent dry times.

Quality has slipped and am very unimpressed. Speaking to others at the show say they have had similar experiences but is not bourne out by that many reviews.

Their own review system will not post negative reviews until an agreement has been made between both parties. This limits the real stories behind the companies real status. I kept on being hounded to review by Rivyoo but was subsequently held back. What's the point in that.

Gala tents needs to go back and understand what a quality production system means.

Purchased a gala gazebo 10 years ago and still as good as new. I ordered another set of 3x3 sides to go with another gazebo. They are very good quality and strong. I ordered on line and the following day they arrived.

Bought three expensive gazebo within three years over £2000 one was fine second and third ones fall apart less than a year. Frame is OK but Stitching came off the sidewalls and lots of tiny holes in the canopy. I've called customer service and they only solution was to buy new walls and blame us for the holes in the canopy when we only use the gazebo for work 4 month a year.
I had cheap gazebo in my garden which it is still fine after two years of use and no issues whatsoever.
Just Shop around before buying from them.

One phone call, sorted, got what i wanted, used the gazebo 3 times now at verious shows and it's very easy to put up, quality is good, very pleased

The 6 x 4 marquee is a sturdy bit of kit and lasts for a long time if you take care of it.
The delivery was very quick and although there might be cheaper marquees available they don't have the longevity of the Gala tent.
The staff are very helpful.

The item was delivered ok even thought there were a couple of holes in the cardboard used no doubt to carry the box.
I have bought this item before and will no doubt do so again as it is well made-it’s the vagaries of the English weather that wear it out!
