Superb website with all the information I needed to make a decision on which gazebo I required for my needs. Excellent communications regarding delivery and quality packaging ensuring a great delivery experience. Couldn’t be happier with my Gala shade pro 50 pop up gazebo. I have tried different brands previously but find this to be the best for my needs. Very robust construction and a good weight balance meeting both ease of transportation and assembly by 1 person. Very impressive product.

I bought two gazebos from this company. Costing over £1000. One Gazebo was fine, the other was extremely stiff and hard to erect. I contacted Gala tent four days after purchase, to get it replaced. I was told that it would loosen up and to add WD40. I did this. Nothing changed. It took 4 people to erect. I phoned this company today, I was told they had no record of my previous call, funny that. I again was told to add WD40!! I asked to speak to whoever was in charge, I was told the 'Director' doesn't speak to customers. Red flag there straight away. I was then told I would be sent a tool kit to fix the gazebo! If I wanted a faulty gazebo Id have bought one for £50 from ebay!! I insisted that they replace it. They then told me that Id have to send it back to be inspected first. Now how am I supposed to operate in my busiest time of the year without one of my 3 gazebo's. id have even paid for the other one had I trusted the company to refund me again after they discovered I wasn't lying and their Gazebo was actually faulty, I detest this type of small minded company. Had it been my company id have replaced it immediately, no questions asked. Customer satisfaction is number one in my opinion, and so it should be.
Disgrace of a company.
