Perfect after sales support for replacement parts for 10 x6 gala tent used regularly for over 7 years and still going strong

3rd time we have used Gala and every time has been exellent a flag and stand was miss however soon dispatched with free balast bags

Excellent customer services. The person I spoke to was very knowledgeable and helped me buy the perfect tent for my needs. I ordered it late Wednesday evening and it was delivered first thing Friday in time for my garden party on Saturday. Excellent instructions, easy to follow although you need at least two people to erect safely. I ordered the ground bars that helped weight down the tent and keep it taught.

Such a great product, the gazebo pro 40 6by3m was so easy to assemble just as the staff described at the point of sale. Will be definitely be buying another one in the near future for my business.

Very simple ordering of replacement legs at a surprisingly reasonable price too and I asked for a delay on dispatch so that I could be in to take delivery. Worked perfectly. Excellent product and excellent service. Thank you

Excellent customer service and delivery by Galatent. The wind had damaged a pro40 gazebo leg at an event I was serving at. Next day I emailed Galatent to see if they had replacement legs. I received a call back, discussed the situation and they kindly sent out a new leg for next day delivery at a very reasonable price. I managed to replace the damaged leg with no loss of trade. Excellent customer service and thanks for the prompt delivery.

I own several Gala marquees, one needed new gable ends for a 4m x4m elite pvc . I rang to enquire cost .
I was told they would be £600.
This was a very high price I thought.
A new elite pvc was on offer for £758 for a completely new 4m x 4m.
I didn’t buy anything for a week, but really needed a solution. So I ordered the new complete marquee.
I was then told there would be two pieces missing….. you’ve guessed it , the end gable walls. I feel duped by this selling practice. I remember a time when you could buy replacements quite cheaply from Gala Tents, but no more.

We've had our marquee for over 10 years, but managed to loose half the steel poles since the last time it was used. Only noticed this setting it up the day before it was needed. Spoke to Darren Perry at Gala who very calmly and professionally found our records and got us replacements and overnighted them to us for a Saturday delivery - before 9:30 - and at a reasonable price! Unbelievably perfect result. Many guests heard the story and were equally impressed with Gala Tent. Thank you Darren.

Ordered a new set of gazebo walls, stitching came loose on one wall after a couple of months, issue resolved within minutes and new wall sent out. Excellent after care.

Unfortunately on the first time using my gazebo one of the roof framing bars made a hole in the canvas cover

Sorry, I have been very tardy in writing this review, I have hard my 3x3 Gazebo for quite a few years now. The build quality is excellent and the canopies are great. They stand up to a lot of wind but nobody could ever expect them to withstand some of the winds that mine has been subjected to, not completely because I'm an idiot but certainly that has something to do with it! I've been away when 70+ mph winds have been coming and usually speaking dropping the canopy down beforehand and they'll survive. To be extra fair to Gala I think the canopy itself would have survived (as did the frame) but the tree that it blew into had other ideas. The replacement canopy fitted perfectly, and you can feel the quality. An A1 product at a reasonable price. Cheers.
