Brilliant service. Quick, efficient and matching our requirements exactly. We were amazed when we put up our first feather flag and can’t wait to see all four pitch side.

Somehow broke the bottom 1/4 piece of my 4.8m Feather Flag pole. Reluctantly had to buy a whole new pole - all 4 sections. At least it came quickly & with a new flag & pole carry bag…

Excellent service from begining to end.
I purchased a medium size flag ,I gave them a few ideas of what I would like printed on both sides and Event Branding done the rest.It turned out superb. Good quallity material was used .I am very pleased.

Great communication from the start, I used my gazebo for the first time a couple of weeks ago and its looks amazing, had lots of compliments on it, it really stands out! I have just ordered a banner to go with it.

A very amazing company gazebo was better than I was expecting . The carry bag broke and they sent a replacement in 24 hours . Easy to erect great material and very strong alloy gazebo

I ordered flags on behalf of a school PTA. Event Branding designed the flags for me, utilising a very poor quality copy of the logo, which was all I could provide. The design and quality of the finished product was absolutely outstanding, I could not be happier with them. Excellent customer service too- they prioritised delivery to arrive in time for Sports Day!

Very friendly staff, easy to communicate with, stress free and the quality of the product is just outstanding.

I wasn’t sure what the quality would be like of the final product having generated the design I wanted using AI.

So you can imagine my joy when I set it up and it was awesome. Quality of print, robustness of the gazebo all screamed top quality.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience deserves one.

We were considering placing an order for branded products, but after speaking with customer services, we have decided to take our business elsewhere.

The call itself seemed normal until the adviser Aled thought he had ended it. He hadn’t. I then heard them laughing about me before the line disconnected. That is completely unprofessional and shows a serious lack of respect for customers.

I run businesses myself, and if one of my employees behaved like that towards a customer, they would not be representing the company again in a forward facing role if a role at all. Customers deserve to be treated with professionalism, whether a sale is made or not.

This experience has left me questioning the company’s customer service standards and the culture within the business. If staff feel comfortable mocking customers, it suggests that behaviour is either tolerated or not addressed.

A company’s products are only one part of the experience. How it treats people matters just as much. Based on this interaction, I cannot recommend this company and will be taking our business elsewhere.

We have been trying to get sorted for a while and at every step was met with patience and professionalism.
The results were definitely worth it.
We had a deadline date for an event but they arrived a week before so have had their first outing at another one .

One minor comment,the stand could do with holes in to peg it down...

Absolutely do anything to help even when your a wally ... we love our banner and are saving up for flags we just need them to start do inflatable tubes then perfect for our needs

Very responsible and good, quick communications. I needed a gazebo that reflected our running club’s vest design and the starting point for the design iteration was a single vest pic that I sent. The interactive process to get to exactly what I wanted took a bit of time (and the final mock-up for approval re-introduced a text error) but the end result is excellent. In addition the actual gazebo design is well thought out and easy to assemble.

From my first enquiry they were first class. I was shown mock ups straight away. Any queries I phoned and got great advice and help. The finished product arrived yesterday and apart from having no assembly instructions and having to access the chat and then a demo video, which for us less tech savvy people was challenging , it is excellent quality and looks great. Very pleased thank you

Received a gazebo where the design colours were so similar that it completely washed out the design. Wasn’t at all like that in the mock up. Three weeks later and still not even a suggestion of when the reprint will be sent. Not yet received the promised photos of the test prints despite being told twice they’d been sent to the printers with an urgent status. The event we needed this for was yesterday. For the cost of over £1300… I wouldn’t waste your money.

Edit: In response to this ridiculous reply. I was promised photos being sent of the test prints so I could approve. You made it good as far as you were concerned. Was never sent test prints. Was sent a photo of the reprinted gazebo by which point you’d already posted it. When manager Tim said he was going to take ownership of this situation, he failed several days in a row to pick up the phone and call. Still haven’t spoken to him about it. Just been continuously brushed off. A manager that’s too busy for customers - wildly disappointing. It seems I’m not the only one with issues regarding aftercare.

Good communication, especially when sorting the exact specification. Ordering is straightforward and delivered promptly. Packaged well with simple construction. The quality is very good too. Great range of products. Can't fault EB service. Our charity is very happy with our item and we are looking forward to promoting ourselves with it.

Amazing from start to finish no issues whatsoever. Hannah was always there when I needed a question answered and it was quick and easy. Highly recommend.
