After consuming a few reds I had a rush of blood to my head and wanted a new flag. I sent an email with my requirements around 9pm. Within 15 minutes I had a response regarding my logo. On my advice they went onto my facebook page and within another half an hour I had received images and layout ideas. Totally mind blowing how quickly they acted. Next day i agreed design, gave go ahead and my flag arrived within a week. Best experience with any company I’ve had for a very long time. I will certainly buy again and would highly recommend them to anyone. Amazing customer service.

I'm probably going to be repeating what you've read here already but as a small business, parting with a few hundred quid is not a decision to take lightly. The mock-up process was comprehensive and delivered with patience; it seemed no trouble to answer my questions about the quality of the black print on my feather flags (I'd read reviews of other companies where a customer requested black and ended up with dark grey), or to tolerate my OCD around the layout of the design. The staff were responsive and professional. Today I unboxed and unwrapped my first feather flag and was absolutely delighted. The quality is exceptional, the poles and base are sturdy but lightweight and the carry case they all come in is a brilliant touch.

I'll be back for more in the future.

I recently purchased two flags from Event Branding. The initial sales process was great, and the design experience with Hannah was very good. Unfortunately, the after-sales support has been extremely poor.

I requested the dimensions for the bottom of the poles as I was having custom holders made. Unfortunately, I was provided with the wrong measurements, which has now caused significant issues ahead of an event starting tomorrow.

For over a week, I’ve been trying to contact support with no success. Sales are easy to reach, but they are unable to help, while the support line either goes straight to voicemail or the mailbox is full so you can’t even leave a message.

I’ve now called more than 10 times and am still no further forward. Very disappointing after-sales service.

We had little time to get our marketing sorted. From putting the order through and approving the artwork, Event Branding UK really helped put a seamless process in place, with exact timelines. Naomi helped us all the way, with very prompt emails. Then once the order was placed, only half the order arrived due to the delivery company. Naomi rose to the challenge, phoned her contact within the delivery company and a special delivery was made to us at 5pm the night before the event. Once delivered, the whole package, quality of the gazebo and banners was great. Hands down, this company was excellent and we have to thank them for going above and beyond to get everything sorted in time, and on budget with a great quality product.

The process was very efficient - I was contacted immediately and felt supported throughout, all options were explained well! All questions were answered and from start to finish, I was happy! The price was reasonable and the quality is fantastic.
