Dan and his team at Instant Promotion made an excellent job of producing our amazing gazebo - I cant fault the service or end product!

Instant Promotion are great.
The visuals were sent over promptly, amendments taken on board and designs reissued quickly.
The quality of both the banners and the tablecloths were excellent and in my opinion provided value for money.
I have used this company over several years and across at least two organisations and they are without doubt my go to!

With thanks to Dan Goodwin for helping me sort my feather gazebo flags for large events around the UK. Dan made everything easy for me, told me about the difference ends spikes/ clamps/ weights etc. picked the most suitable one. I've had the feathered flags now, they are very easy to set up, the quality is amazing, these look incredible and with stand out alot. Thank you to Dan for sorting it for me.

Bought a gazebo in March with this company HEX 40. Very first time using the canopy was ripped. Was supposed to be sturdy and fit for regular professional use. Company tried to say it must have happened in transit?? If that was the case then it couldn’t even withstand a delivery. Decided to return the order as clearly not fit for purpose. Now they are obstructive and argumentative refusing my refund. Ignoring my emails. This is a petty, unprofessional organisation, which takes your money and refuses to abide by consumer law. I would never use them again and would certainly not recommend them.

The usual excellent service from Instant Promotions. I needed some special screws that attach the footplate to the bottom of the lower leg. They answered the phone swiftly, always by someone who knows what they are talking about and the screws were in the post that day. Why would you buy gazebo’s from anyone else?

Delighted with our new club flags. Gemma was incredibly patient whilst I ran through different ideas. The quality is fantastic & very excited to get them out in the beach.

Ordered a last-minute freestanding reception pod for our tradeshow stand, which arrived very quickly. I was worried I wouldn't receive it in time for my event as I'd left it dangerously late, however there was really good communication throughout the process and the pod arrived after only a few days, which was perfect! Apart from sticking my jumper to the velcro fastening on the side of the pod when testing the assembly, all went smoothly, with quick support from the team too when I had questions. Will be back for future event requirements, thanks!

Gemma at InstantPromotion has been absolutely great in helping me design our products. She and the team were very patient in accommodating mu changes! We've used them a few times, and they have been excellent each time.

This is the second gazebo we have bought from Instant Promotion, with the first still working like brand new five years down the line. To say we are extremely pleased with the pair of them is a bit of an understatement.
The strength and quality of the frame is obvious to an ex-engineer like myself, and the canopy printing is accurate with wonderfully vibrant colours. The whole ordering process is super smooth with speedy delivery, and I cannot fault anything, anywhere. Many, many thanks for your excellent service.

Bill delivered a personal approach from my very first enquiry right up to delivery and since. He offered advice on the right size and style of arch and kept me updated throughout production and ahead of delivery. The arch itself is absolutely knockout. Even better than I expected, and my wider team has all commented on the quality of it.

I needed to buy a branded gazebo for the rugby club where I'm a coach. Instant Promotion was really helpful, from the initial calls (research), 3D render images, through to delivery of the finished item. Well priced too.

The quality is spot-on for the usage that the gazebo will get. Roof canopy and side panels are suitably heavy weight, and the printing of the branding has been really well done.

Highly recommended. Would definitely call Instant Promotion first in the future.
