Before I ordered the gazebo I made sure I was getting a robustly built one, and that's what I got. It came quickly. It had an issue with the leg. I emailed the company and got a replacement part almost by return of post.
Great service . Good product.

Fantastic service. I made an online order but was worried it would not arrive in time as I needed it urgently. I emailed the company to check when it might arrive or if it was better to collect direct. I received an email straight back stating it would be delivered by Saturday. It came early Saturday morning which was excellent service. The gazebo is of excellent quality. I was recommended these by a community centre and agree that they are very good quality gazebos and really easy to erect.

I’ve purchased two gazebos from this company over the years and, until recently, had always been very happy with both the products and the service. In fact, I recommended them to several friends and family based on my previous experiences.

Unfortunately, my latest experience has completely changed my opinion.
One of the legs on my gazebo snapped, so I ordered a replacement directly from their website.

The part arrived promptly, but when I went to fit it, it was a completely different design and was not compatible with my gazebo.

I contacted the company immediately, attaching photos of both the original leg and the replacement to explain the issue. Since then, I’ve sent several follow-up emails, tried calling the phone number listed on their website, and submitted a support request through their online contact form. Despite all of this, I have received no response whatsoever.

It's incredibly frustrating because resolving this should have been straightforward. The lack of communication has been far more disappointing than the original issue itself.

It's a real shame, as I previously had every confidence in this company and was happy to recommend them. However, after being completely ignored when I needed after-sales support, I can no longer do so. Good products are only part of the experience but reliable customer service is just as important, and on this occasion it has been seriously lacking.

Excellent gazebos really useful that you can buy spare parts - if needed. So good we are a buying a second one.
Our exsiting one is now into its 3rd season.

Delivery was prompt, initial impression was a heavy and sturdy product, watched You Tube video and found erection straightforward but recommend two people. Used weights on legs but unfortunately didn't secure it sufficiently with guy lines and one leg bent at the top. Contacted customer support and was quickly called back by Jon, personable and efficient, gentleman, arranged a replacement leg, no hesitation, recrimination or debate, best customer experience I've encountered and brilliant product, highly recommend the company and support staff.

Brilliant gazebo. I’ve had it up for over a month. It’s totally waterproof. Held well in the wind we had a few weeks back. My garden is very uneven, but I have used the option of different leg heights. But I love it. It’s created a lovely dry outside room.

We bought a Gorilla Gazebo last year as we needed something for our events, shows and markets.

These are often in all weathers, so it was brilliant to find a gazebo that stood up to 50mph gusts, torrential rain and was easy to setup - even solo!

Once the main base is setup, the sides are easy to attach and the guide ropes plus sandbag weights make it very wind resistant!

The carry bag also makes it easy to slide out of the van and roll along to our pitch.

Would recommend one to anyone looking for a robust gazebo...

I found Gorilla Gazebos on line and the first thing I noticed they did not have a telephone number which always makes me believe they have very poor customer service and I was correct.

I sent them an email asking for one of their sales team to telephone me as I had several questions that I required answering before I made my purchase, the reply I received was, “How can I help”

I messaged back again asking for a member of their sales team to telephone me. They never bothered.

I tried again asking the same question and received a short reply again asking, “How can we help”

This angered me as I wanted to make a substantial purchase with this company and no staff member could be bothered to telephone me or proved me with a telephone number so I could call them.

I then sent a message to say I wished to make a complaint. They replied with an address to post my complaint to.

I decided the best course of action would be to expose their appalling customer service through Trust Pilot to let other potential customers know.

I am so pleased that I never purchased from them as they have an appalling reputation for bad none existent customer service, just look at their 1* reviews.

I found another gazebo company on line, telephoned them and asked them all the relevant questions and made a purchase of £460.00 my new gazebo arriving today.

That figure could have gone to Gorilla Gazebos.

What company today can afford to lose a sale of £490.00?

I am updating this review as the owner of Gorilla Gazebos telephoned me apologising for the lack of communication which he agreed should never have happened.

He was disappointed that due to this his company had lost a sale and had said that he would put things in place to improve customer service so this never happens again.

I appreciated his telephone call and I do hope the he will improve as good customer service is vital for a business to be successful.

I have given a 5 star review because I love the product so much. Only knew about them through my previous employment. Outstanding quality & supreme design.

From ordering to receiving was outstandingly fast but was let down by leaving out the front & I was out the back. A massive hole was in one of the boxes, will attach a picture of Trust Pilot allows but was just so grateful the contents wasn’t damaged.

Has not & will not stop me from recommending gorilla gazebos to family, friends & social media alike I’m a true lover of their products.

Generally good products, but terrible customer service. I needed to exchange an item (wrongly ordered by me) and used the email address on the website and web contact form to get in touch. A couple of weeks passed and I didn't get a response so I started looking for a phone number, which was non existent. Tried messaging on Instagram - no response. Tried finding them on Facebook. No luck.

Eventually I wrote a poor review on Trustpilot which immediately got a response from somebody, who gave me a phone number to call. He agreed that the item could be exchanged, and gave me an address to post the item back to.

I did my part, and the item was confirmed as received by Gorilla Gazebos. I then asked the chap when the replacement item would be posted to me, and he held me ransom saying it wouldn't be posted until I had amended my bad review. I had no choice, so gave them a 4* review, which I am changing back now.

At no point did the company take responsibility. They said that my emails hadn't been received, and therefore it must have been my fault. The guy showed no compassion at all, and in fact swore and said he didn't really care during one call after he thought he had hung up the phone.

Maybe I caught him on a bad day, but that has unfortunately tainted what has otherwise been a good run with Gorilla Gazebos.

I ordered 4 gazebos and they arrived within a couple of days. One of them had a minor issue but upon contacting GoriIla Gazebos I had a replacement part sent the next day free of charge. Excellent service. The quality looks very good and sturdy. I will be using them at festivals this summer and have every confidence they will stand the test of time.

Can’t give this enough stars. Customer services were so helpful when I called and instantly rectified a problem no questions asked. The gazebo is amazing. I get seriously high winds where I live and this gazebo must be so so well made it’s been up all winter and has never ripped or even come loose or moved. Amazing product and worth every penny

As a kitchen fitter I was looking for a gazebo for those rainy days when working or cutting outside was necessary. After some research & recommendations from other tradesmen online, the Gorilla Gazebo seemed to be the obvious choice. I was not disappointed! Very easy to put up & take down by myself (another important factor), very solid frame, great quality canapé and the build in velcro attachments to the frame is genius! Excellent customer service too, I had an issue collapsing it first time (user error) emailed them & they called me straight back within 5 minutes explaining how to do! Fantastic service! All I need now is to get my business logo on the canapé for extra advertisement too! All round great addition to my tools! Highly recommend!

I’ve had my Gorilla Gazebo since April 2023 and it’s been rock solid. I leave it up all year round. Storms, heavy rain, frost, snow, blazing sun. It just gets on with it. Nothing flimsy about it and no signs of giving up.

I recently managed to damage the canopy myself. Entirely my fault. I contacted customer services not expecting much and was pleasantly surprised. Clear replies, quick turnaround, no nonsense. They actually listened and sorted the problem without making it painful.

That is the bit that really matters. Plenty of companies are happy to take your money. Far fewer are interested once the sale is done. Gorilla clearly are.

The gazebo itself is excellent quality, but knowing the backup is there makes it a much better buy. I would happily recommend it to anyone who wants a gazebo that lasts and a company that does not disappear when something goes wrong.

I bought a gazebo but unfortunately it was just too big for us.
The gazebo itself was incredible quality. Really sturdy, good quality material for the sides and roof.
Jon, the owner, helped me organise a return of the gazebo and kept me up to date the whole time. The refund was also really easy. I would highly recommend this company for their gazebos and their customer service.

Excellent product,strong & sturdy,velcro excellent, easy to put up and to lower in strong winds.unfortunately put it up today and found a small slit in door,having trouble contacting amazon were we purchased it but hopefully a new side will be replaced
