Really good Gazebo, I got the Gazebo last year and ordered the sides this year they are very well made and waterproof, just what I wanted

Best gazebos on the market!! I've had plenty and these are the best. Customer service is first class also. Jon sent me a new zip side out instantly as soon as I sent in a photo of a minor defect. I'm not sure what's gone wrong with Mr McRurys order. Doesn't sound like the same company to me.

Ordered on Amazon, two weeks later, Amazon cancelled the order as the seller hadn't collected payment. Re ordered on Website, seller said that the amazon order was "in flight", so best to let that one be delivered, on Thurs/Fri that week. Delivery update was to the following Monday, contacted seller who advised that they had upgraded to a Saturday delivery as it would not now arrive on Thurs/Fri. Checked Courier on Saturday, they advised it was not down for a Saturday delivery, so would be Monday. Monday was scheduled for delivery, seller confirmed it would be delivered Monday between 4.55 and 6.55pm. I made it clear that I needed this by 11am on Tuesday as I had no confidence in them and would have to go out and buy one. I waited for it. 7pm no delivery, everyone had gone home so could not contact anyone. After letting the seller and courier know I needed delivery by 11am, or a refund, the delivery was scheduled for 12.55-3.55, then moved to 1.10 - 4.10, I complained to the seller and asked how long the refund would take and they cancelled the delivery and I recieved an automated email saying refund would take 10 days - no surprise there! - feel like I dodged a bullet, as I can't imagine what the after sales service would be like (if there is any). Can't comment on the product, as I got a different one elsewhere with no problems

Ordered a 3x3m heavy duty gazebo, they took the money ….. nearly 2.5 weeks later, they write to say they are experiencing a delay.
After several emails and no likelihood of delivery within an acceptable timeframe, I reluctantly cancelled the order; due to their inability to supply the product.
The refund could ‘take up to 10 days to reach your bank’ ????!!! It left my account a lot quicker and other companies don’t hold on to customers money for that long.

Absolutely brilliant gazebos. Quality is first class. Have purchased 3 now and left one up all winter and was fine. Customer service is second to none. Jon has been amazing with my colour match queries and sent me some complimentary side panels too. He even took
Time to call me to assist me. Cannot recommend the company or products enough. Best gazebos. You won’t be disappointed. Quality and price is money well spent. Thanks again for all your help and I will be back for more.

Gazebo arrived within a couple of days of ordering. We had a problem with one of the springs on a leg. I emailed the Company and Jon responded saying he would send out a replacement, which I received 2 days later. A few emails went back and forth between myself and Jon (me trying to explain the problem!) and he was very efficient and polite.
I love my gazebo it's very sturdy and a lovely red colour. It has also had many compliments. I would definitely recommend this company.

Purchased a 3m x 3m gazebo with sides at the beginning of the year in preparation for the summer and to avoid the usual "sorry out of stock" disappointment. Decided to put new gazebo up for first time at the beginning of May. Unfortunately there was a problem with the zip in one of the side curtains. Contacted Jon via email who responded the next day to say a new curtain was on its way which arrived 2 days later.
In this day and age where we are all seemingly being brainwashed into expecting less in the way of customer service from faceless online companies this experiece made a refreshing change. Thank you.

Simply the best. My 3x3 meter gazebo blew over my 6ft fence (my fault for not taking it down before a storm) and still managed to survive despite everything else being smashed to pieces. Gone through a few ‘cheaper’ gazebos and they’re just not worth it. Go for the best - go for Gorilla.

The Gazebo I ordered arrived on time and was easy to put up. There was an issue with the zip on the door panel, but Jon sent a replacement at no extra charge which was greatly appreciated.

Ordered a white gazebo but unfortunately got sent black, however Jon called me the same day and organised Collection for the incorrect one and sent out the right one straight away.

What an awful company to deal with! Please don’t fall for the review posted below because it’s obviously been posted to boost their company. My wife has screenshots of them mocking an autistic person when she didn’t reply to a message quickly enough! The ticket was closed! Received a faulty gazebo

I had a fault with a gazebo I received but with great customer service the issue was resolved quickly and efficiently. Would definitely recommend buying there products.

Gazebo falling apart within less than a year of using it and customer service do not care.

The customer service are incredibly dismissive and rude and will accuse you of causing the gazebo damage rather than admitting they’re selling a faulty product. They claim to have a one year warranty but will not actually stick to it. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Delivery was fast - two days before the estimate - and the gazebo was safely packaged. I did have a problem with one part, and emailed the details to Jon early evening and received a reply the same night. A replacement part was shipped the next day arriving the day after. Problem resolved. The gazebo has stood in my garden for over five weeks in high gusting winds without a problem.

What a excellent company, top quality gorilla gazebo next day delivery.I would recommend this company to anyone they help me out in a emergency, thanks very much Jon

Glad I bought this gazebo dont waste money on a cheaper version. Bit more expensive but very good quality. Had a problem with the zip on one of the doors when I put it up emailed Jon at gorilla and was sent a replacement straight away

Great product, fast free delivery, unrivalled customer service.
We had a small issue with velcro fixing which was sorted out immediately by Jon from gorilla.

Great product from gorilla gazebos does exactly what it says on the tin May be slightly more expensive than other gazebos of the same size We bought the 3 meter sq model but well worth the money. With so many different colours to choose from you can’t go wrong. The customer service is very good if you have any problems erecting, or closing the frame after use, we had a small issue but Gorrilla were very quick to respond over the phone to help us out

I bought Gorilla Gazebo side panels and roof to replace my old ones which were torn.When they arrived I straight away noticed that they seemed really good quality.After waiting a couple of weeks to try my new items out I discovered one of the zips on a side panel was faulty (sticking and jamming).I contacted the suppliers and they took some basic details such as my delivery number and dispatched a brand new side to me arriving the next day
I don't normally do reviews but would fully recommend Gorilla Gazebos for quality and after-service to anyone.
