These Gorilla Gazebos are a great product, I've used for many years now in a commercial Marina environment, covering our outside eating & seating area, when conditions are right. Good, solid & strong, can be put up single handed, but easier if there is two pairs of hands. Obviously, they don't particularly like the wind, and I've only had one major mishap when I should have listened to the weather forecast and put them away. But spare parts and new canvases were easily available & reasonable. Canvases last a couple of years, if in constant use. Have just ordered more for home & family. With the right care, could last for years in a domestic situation. Don't put them away wet ! !

If I could give this company zero stars, I would. After purchasing a 2.5 x 2.5 mtr Gorilla Gazebo, I noticed a small hole in the canopy (looked like a tension hole right in the middle of the canopy roof, possibly it was a manufacturing glitch, maybe just on mine, or possibly on others too). I also wasn’t impressed with the canopy fraying, or the quality of the bag as it had a small hole too. I contacted Jon to see if it could be resolved as I am using this gazebo for my small business and wanted it to last. He said I needed to send pictures and it was probably from dragging the bag along the ground. I was immediately shocked by the first customer touch point as I was professional and friendly in my email and I hadn’t even attached any photos at this point. The email chain continued back and forth, then he actually rang me up when I was out with my son one Sunday and said I could send the gazebo back to them for inspection but he stated, I can pretty much tell you I’ll just be saying there’s nothing we can do as you’ve clearly trashed it. I was absolutely flabbergasted. I felt intimidated, shocked, outraged that this company was operating this way and accusing me of trashing a product I clearly wanted to look after. The only pics I sent were of the holes and fraying. Jon’s phone call to me was so unprofessional - it’s a pity the emails weren’t of the same tone. Stay clear.

Whilst ordering a Gazebo I mistakenly bought two. I immediately contacted the company by email and they cancelled the order and instigated a refund.
The refund didn't immediately show up on the credit card account so I contacted the company and they sent me all the information I needed to query this with my bank.
It turned out that Apple Pay are slow in doing refunds.
I cannot fault the actions of the company in sorting out the refund.

I accidentally ordered the wrong colour, and the guys at GG have been great at organising a replacement of the correct item. Couldn’t be happier with them.

We didn’t take receipt of the item which was returned directly to the sender by their own courier. 11 days later and we are still waiting for the refund.

Communication with the company has been a very unpleasant experience, They are unprofessional, antagonistic and quite frankly needlessly flippant. There are better products and definitely better people to do business with out there.

The quality of the gazebo is very good. Definitely is heavy duty.
Our gazebo bag has a hole when we received it. I emailed the company and received a new bag the next day.

After our old gazebo succumbed to the weight of water after persistent rain (our fault for leaving it out overnight) I did quite a bit of trawling through the reviews of gazebos. We wanted a sturdier frame. What appealed to me was the fact that this company offered spares. Indeed if I want a different colour in the future I can purchase a new top and sides. We ordered a 3 x 3m directly from Gorilla (cheaper than Amazon). It arrived within 2 working days. Good communication from Gorilla, and delivery company.
This is a heavy duty gazebo and it is heavy so not something you can easily lug somewhere by yourself. We don’t intend to use it this week but nevertheless we thought we would erect and check out everything was ok. Boy, what a difference to the old one. The instructions are excellent and my husband and I constructed it very quickly. It did pop up! The material appears well made and the velcro sides easy to apply. Taking it down was easy too. We left the top on and it all collapses down and fitted into its own bag. The pegs and weight bags are sturdy too. So less chance of it taking off.

Quick delivery from my original order and good communication. Unfortunately the original order I placed the Gazebo was too big (my mistake), however the team were great in helping me with my return and refund. I did place an order for the 2.5m version which was delivered in 48hrs and perfect. Would recommend!

My 2.5m x 2.5m GORILLA Gazebo recently suffered at the hands of storm OTTO, up here in the NE of Scotland. I set about disassembling and assessing the damage, and found I needed a new Leg strut, a Centre strut, a Side Frame Strut, and a new Canvas. I placed the order, then out-of-the-blue the next day I received a call from Jon at GORILLA. They knew I had purchased the Gazebo relatively recently, and it was obvious I had suffered some damage. They explained that due to the fiddle that replacing the Centre strut can be, they decided to supply a complete frame at no extra cost. Wow, that is quite unbelievable – a whole new Frame…!
During my research regarding whether to purchase a GORILLA gazebo again, I viewed quite a few other supplier offerings, but ultimately stuck with GORILLA, based upon ‘knowing’ how terrific the original was, coupled with metalwork frame dimensions compared to other suppliers, stove coated framework, and a hefty canvas with reinforced corners. With a name like GORILLA – you’re not expecting a wee weakling, you are however, expecting a hefty robust beast, which, as the advert used to say; ‘It’s exactly what it says on the tin’. It is a bit of a beast for assembly by 1-man, so I would recommend to tackle it with a mate. However, I could not fault the product, and would heartily recommend GORILLA to anyone on the lookout for a Gazebo. By the way, I tried the ‘hanging-off the frame test’, and it supported my 15st weight, without issue. Maybe not the most scientific of tests, but it did give me an extra sense of quality and strength. Definitely worth the money, and excellent customer service. 10/10.

Refused to cancel or acknowledge cancellation of order. Refused to refund money within reasonable timescale, claiming it would take 30 days from receiving items back, even though I never got them. Customer service childish and puerile, must admit they got me to bite a bit so kudos for that. Still, probably the most obnoxious staff it’s possible to find.

I can't vouch for the actual gazebo yet as I didn't use it for our party in the end.
But the material looks amazing, really tough, unlike some silk ones that we have had.
I must say the customer service at black stone leisure in particular Jon. Was just perfect. There was an issue with the delivery (courier fault not there's) and they sorted it straight away. I had replies within minutes. It's refreshing as a lot of companies have lost that personal touch. But it makes me feel safe knowing that I could go back if there was any issues in the future. Just a massive thank you to them. Highly recommended.

I had an slight issue with the gazebo I had ordered, contacted gorilla gazebos and the problem was sorted quickly and with no fuss.

i purchased 3x3 gazebo for my hot tub & it’s withstood all sorts of weather , a window was danaged in recent high wind & the panel replacements are really good value & free posting
i’m over the moon with mine it houses my hot tub & keeps it dry & warm

I purchased Gorilla gazebo in late June ‘22. I have used the gazebo on about 7 or 8 occassions. I assembled again mid December to provide cover whilst using my pizza oven. The weather was a bit drizzly with light wind. The gazebo canvas showed signs of damage along one side gradually increasing in length over the next few days. Gazebo is sold on its ruggedness. I emailed Gorilla to complain about very poor service life of the canvas. The reply from them was immediate and very negative simply stating on a 1- line reply to ‘bye a new canvas’ from their shop. I then followed up with photos showing the tear in the canvas. Again the reply was terse…..oh I must have been using gazebo in the windy weather or not tied canvas down correctly. Apparently, Gorilla gazebos can’t be used in windy weather. They then changed tack stating that gazebo must have been used in Storm Force Winds. Hmm, I don’t think so. The whole assembly frame would have flown off with the canvas. The gazebo is held down by simple water filled weights and tied down using the supplied tie-ropes. Any strong wind let-alone storm force winds would send the whole assembly flying. Needless to say I am less than impressed with this company, its product quality….and total lack of anything approaching good customer service. Other reviews also highlight the exceedingly poor customer service. I also own a 5- year old Rhino gazebo, a bit discoloured now but still very functional. I can use my Rhino in windy weather.
I would suggest that if you are looking for a better quality and sturdier gazebo which can be used in windy weather……give Gorilla a very wide berth. A truly awful company with extremely sharp business practices. I would award 0- stars if I could. 1- star is way over what this company deserves. I will never understand why a company risks its name, reputation and potential lost sales for such a piddling amount of money. Very strange. For me it is the principle involved. A good company would never have let this issue get out of hand but then again Gorilla are not a good company.

I have bought a few pop up gazebos from Gorilla gazebos and they are very strong and durable (These gazebos will last you for years and years to come) .

I have bought a few to store things inside them,

The customer service is amazing (Secound to none) and they are very quick at answering your question or anything you would like to ask them .

For £190, for a excellent gazebo. I would happily pay that for one and the canopy is reinforced at the corners, the sides are all Velcro to help you put up the gazebo very quickly and efficient.

Reasonable product. Ordered my first in January and just ordered another one. Unfortunately in comparison with the order received in January this one looked 2nd hand. The frame had obviously been re-boxed and the legs were a little scuffed. When I suggested a small goodwill refund as it wasn't new they were extremely condescending and claimed they could offer to collect and replace but occasionally scuffing does happen at the factory so there's every chance the next one received would be the same and it definitely is brand new, not used as they scrap customer returns.
Anyway, when I challenged the new statement as I was able to make a direct comparison with one received earlier, he immediately said he would collect it.
Obvious ploy to call my bluff as this would be hugely expensive to his company and the environment if they do in fact scrap ALL customer returns. I had said I was happy to keep it with a small refund so I believe he was banking on me not wanting the hassle.
I don't want the hassle. I'll keep it. But will cross everything that I don't have any issues that I need further recourse to the company on, as I think we now know how well that will go.
I've bought 2 gazebos from this company. I won't buy a 3rd - there are other companies out there with comparable price and quality. And better customer service.
Edited: they have now offered £10 goodwill gesture (on a £190 product) after I expressed my feelings!
Edited again 30 days later: prompted to return as they wanted personal information removed (which I have) and now realise I've yet to receive even the £10 goodwill gesture. Not covering themselves in glory on this one, are they?

Great product, well made and extremely sturdy. Excellent customer service along with speedy delivery.

actually only measures 2.92 x 292,
Gorilla Gazebos agent (Insert crybaby that doesn't wish to be named at blackstoneleisure,co,uk, and whined to trustpilot(has an ahh-my-child condescending phone manner) refused to replace with goods as advertised or collect and refund, and maintains the delusion that a cover that is 2.92m is 3m
Buyer beware

2.5 x 2.5 gazebo ordered on Thursday afternoon, delivered Saturday morning, erected today. Lives up to all the excellent reviews. I have owned a few gazebos and this is by far the best made. Heavy, but that's because its very solid! And it all fits easily into its wheeled carry bag - yippee!
