We recently bought a branded gazebo for our club from UK Tents and the whole experience was fantastic. The team were helpful from start to finish, kept us updated, and delivered the order much faster than expected. The gazebo is top quality — solid construction, great print work, and so simple to assemble and pack away. Brilliant service and a brilliant product.

We purchased a premium gazebo for our event and have just put it up and down it took around 10 minutes to assemble and even less to take it down, we could of left this to do on Sunday but just wanted to check all was ok

I purchased a stunning 4-post garden gazebo from UK Tents and couldn’t be happier. The quality is excellent, the service was seamless, and the whole process was incredibly easy from start to finish. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them!

ABSOLUTE COWBOYS! AVOID. If I could give ZERO stars, I would. I placed an order with these clowns for a custom 3x4.5m gazebo and provided an exact picture which I requested to have replicated, as Howard provided what I initially thought was a reasonable price. Howard initially sent a questionable invoice, which I declined, and asked for alternative methods of payment on offer, especially seeing as I had not dealt with these people before. Howard eventually and reluctantly advised on the online process when paying via alternative method (paid via Klarna). Following payment, the incompetence went to another level. The lies about sourcing my choice of color gazebo (I provided a screenshot of the apparent one they sourced—turned out to be a complete lie) then there were apparent problems with getting my basic custom design done, blaming font and quality of files provided (jpeg, pdf, vector files provided). To cut a long story short, it was lies, unprofessionalism, and BS from start to end with these people, to the point I canceled my order and requested my money back. Howard agreed to authorize my refund, and a week has gone by yet still no refund authorized. After chasing, he ignores my messages. Another example of how poor their service is. Looking at previous feedback (which I should have done prior to placing the order), I'm not surprised to hear the quality of their goods is just as bad as their customer service. Thankfully, by paying via PayPal/Klarna, the buyer has protection; I will get refunded in due course. I would recommend anyone who still decides to deal with these cowboys to not pay directly and to use alternative methods of payment that protect your money. Absolutely hideous experience. Shop around; there are other professional companies that have great products and excellent customer service. "Event Branding UK" is great and has competitive pricing. AVOID these boys at UK TENTS; they will take your money, blame you for their nonsense, and very likely, based on other reviews, supply you with a below-par product. Save your money, Save yourselfs the headache, and disappoint....
Not surprised to read they have been reported to trading standards umpteen times. As of writing this, I still have no reply regarding my refund. Thankfully, Klara is dealing with the matter. I'm convinced the decent reviews likely come from their friends. Don't believe a word of it! Absolute cowboys. AVOID THEM LIKE THE PLAGUE!

Unfortunately the courier for delivery of our polytunnel lost the package, and could not find it. Leanne could not have been more helpful, for which we are grateful. We will definitely buy from UK tents again. Very professional service.

The sales lady Leanne was extremely helpful and replied and helped in a very timely manner. She actually did what she said she would do and then confirmed it via email. This is sadly very rare in today’s business world

There was a mix up with delivery of the polytunnel I ordered but the staff and Leanne in particular were incredibly helpful and sorted it out very quickly. Even though they weren’t at fault they had it re-delivered at no extra cost. Thank you.

I recently purchased a pergola from UK Tents and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. From the very beginning, their customer service was exceptional. I had quite a few questions before making my decision, and the team was always patient, responsive, and incredibly helpful.

The advice I received made the whole process much easier and gave me confidence that I was choosing the right product. It’s clear they genuinely care about their customers and take pride in providing a high level of service.

You have a very unhappy customer here. In good faith, following two or three conversations with your charming and helpful salesman we ordered a UK Tent Polytunnel . Anyhow within one week the poly cover was ripped off in a mild wind and therefore not fit for purpose. NOT ONCE when discussing the purchase did the salesman advise that if the weather is inclement then we would need to lift the polytunnel sides or take the cover off. As this would negate the purpose of a polytinnel !! and clearly, if he had, we would not have purchased same.
After purchase and after numerous time wasting contacts with the " customer service dept" we were advised that " Our polytunnels are not designed as semi-permanent or permanent structures” yet - they felt we should accept a replacement cover. Despite the fact that then went on to advise that ,if weather was inclement, we would need to lift the sides !!

I ask you - what is the point of having a polytunnel to protect plants if you have to keep raising the sides ?

Under the consumer act this polytunnel should have been fit for the purpose it was sold for. A full refund should have been offered rather than a replacement cover, which in UK tents own words, would not be suitable . .

Sadly we paid by Bank transfer as they did not accept our credit card. therefore we are unable to claim though the CC

A very unhappy customer - please do not buy a poly tunnel from them we have wasted time buying, time erecting, time taking it down, and still have a plethora of un protected fragile plants.

NOTE your response BUT if you bother to check the recording of the sales person - who sold this to us over the phone - NOT ONCE during any of the three calls did he state that the sides needed to be rolled up - hence negating the purpose of any polytinnel. IF we had been advised that prior to buying not just after we had problems of course we would not have bought and as I stressed what use is a replacement cover when it would need to be lifted hence un protecting the very things that need to be protected - the plants !!!

Purchased a 6m x 3m polytunnel as I was looking for something robust and long lasting. Initially was told by the live chat it was 35mm pole diameter but when delivered it was found to be 25mm. Worked through this with the team who were great (hence the 3 stars). Unfortunately following build of the polytunnel the doors have been found to be flimsy with a lot of movement in the frame meaning they do not latch properly and swing open in a breeze. Not quite the quality I was expecting for such a highly rated UK Based provider. Ultimately good customer service but a poor product in this case.

Fantastic company and saved my life lol. Needed a replacement roof for my 4x6 and I was able to collect same day
