I've ordered 2 prints and extremely please with both. The prints were delivered within a few days and both were made to a high standard, I have already recommend this company to other people.

We sadly lost our beloved labradoodle Lando at only 6 years old to an unexpected medical emergency. I wanted to find a picture frame that offered several photos slots as well as a fitting tribute to our wonderful dog. Printing Bee had just the right frame with a dog foot print as well as a space for a message. However, it was the service in getting the images positioned right is what truly made it 5* service for us. We now have a beautiful frame with cherished memories that does Lando proud. The communication was great when I wanted some things altered on my painting. The painting is bigger than expected and absolutely beautiful!

The picture that was painted for me was really beautiful. The company contacted me before sending the picture out to me to see if I was happy with it. They sent it out quicker than what I thought so that was an extra bonus. Will definitely be ordering in the future from them. Beautiful artwork

Every effort was made to produce the beautiful picture of our 2 dogs, despite the only photo I had being poor quality. I was disappointed & thought that I couldn't make the surprise happen for my husband.
However, when Joe sent me the preview I was thrilled!!!
The picture was really well packpaged, and arrived quickly.
There were a few tears on Christmas morning when hubby opened his present!!
I can't praise this firm highly enough.....would definately recommend them to anyone.
Also, the prices are very good compared to other firms doing similar things.
Lily & Sadie are now happily on the wall keeping an eye on everyone!

I Ordered 3 diamond dust canvas as a gift for my son and daughter in law.. Joe sent me a preview of one of the photos and it looked really good, but when they arrived, Wow! I was blown away.. the pictures are absolutely stunning, the sparkle on them is beautiful. Can not thank them enough and the price was amazing.. I will definitely use printing bee again, i strongly recommend the diamond dust pictures for a wedding, anniversary or a gift for loved ones they are really beautiful.. thank you so much!

I chose Printingbee, as my sister is unexpectedly having to say goodbye to her dog today. I wanted to get her something to remember him by, as a gesture during this heart breaking time.

The Printingbee site claims to offer next day delivery (for a cost of £10). The artwork looked lovely and the prices weren’t stupid. So on Friday I placed an order and paid the next day delivery charge. At first it seemed very promising - unfortunately I made a mistake on my order, I realised almost straight away and reached out to them. Their customer service team were very helpful and responsive. I explained the situation and asked when I should expect to receive my order. I was told it would be sent out on Saturday to arrive on Sunday.

Sunday comes around and I have no updates from them, and on the website my order still shows as unfulfilled. I try messaging and emailing them - to no avail.

I even went on their Facebook page and tried the mobile number on there. Whoever owns that mobile number claims that it is a private number unrelated to the site.

It’s now Monday and I’ve heard nothing from them. My order hasn’t arrived as promised, in fact it’s still showing as unfulfilled. I’ve not had any communication from them still.

I don’t like to write poor reviews if I can help it, but I do feel let down by this company. I understand that it’s tough running a small business and sometimes things don’t go to plan - but it’s not in good spirit to not even let the customer know. As a result, I had nothing to give my sister when I went to say goodbye yesterday.

**update** I have since been in touch with Joe from PrintingBee, who was very helpful and issued me a refund for my delivery fee. It seems the problem lies with DHL, not PrintingBee. I have now received my order and it’s really beautiful. So I’m updating my review to reflect this.

What an excellent business!!! Communication and service was impeccable and nothing was too much trouble. The print has arrived and is absolutely amazing!! Highly recommend

Item received smashed up and not fit for use. 9 emails and WhatsApp’s messages sent and four phone calls made. No response to any of them. Having to now go through my credit card company for a full refund.
The market has other companies that can do these things for you, please use them DO NOT RISK USING THIS COMPANY YOU HAVE A GOOD CHANCE OF BEING DISAPPOINTED AND OUT IF POCKET.

We ordered a large picture of our dog who we had recently lost. On arrival I was honestly anxious about opening up the parcel. It was Amazing. We as a family are all so pleased. It was really emotional. It’s a wonderful keepsake for us. Thank you guys so much .

What a beautiful picture they offer, when I received my print I cried, they captured our family dog that sadly passed incredibly well, considering its personalised it was delivered very quickly and the price was more than reasonable, this is a present for my dad, what a beautiful sentimental keepsake, thank you so much ⭐️

Absolutely love our dog watercolour portrait. Great communication, quick delivery.

The communication was spot on, they responded very quickly.
When the portrait arrived it was fantastic very detailed. The present was for my mum and she was amazed by it with the detail and how it turned out.
