Printzone Avis 

Amazing service. I've been buying from Printzone for years and I'm very happy. I've had issues with orders twice (once with cartridges and another time with a printer) and each time they have bent over backwards to sort things out. I can't recommend them enough.

They used to provide good service, but now it's gone to the dogs. I ordered a catridge on 08/07/2019. The courier came the next day and returned without delivering the catridge. They just put an "attempted delivery card" in the letter-box, and returned, while I was just sitting in my office and watching what the courierman was doing. He didn't even try to get into the office premises. Probably, he was busy and wanted to leave the place without delivering the catridge. The same day, I requested the courier company for redelivery without signature. Nothing happened until 12/07/2019, and I called Printzone. The gentleman (Mark, I think) was very apologetic and told me that the catridge is sitting at a local Newsagency, and he assured me that it would be delivered on Mon (15/07/19). Today (Tue), I called Printzone again, and Robert spoke to me without any apolgoies for the delay, on the contrary, he was trying to argue that it was my responsibility to get it from the courier company. Ridiculous ! I placed the order on you, and it is your responsibility to ensure that the stuff is delivered timely. After more than 8 days, Robert is offering me a refund. He sounded rude and was trying to convince me that he is right. They really stuffed up my routine office work for the last one week.

Unbelievably fast delivery. I ordered Toner at 5:40 am this morning and received delivery at 12:45 pm today.Amazing service. Couldn't fault that.

Yesterday, I emailed printzone in the Christmas holidays.
Robert called me the next day, offering assistance. Brillant.

My issue was ghosting, due to me not inserting the new cartridges correctly.

I had previously gone to Officeworks and saw a Single HP laser cartridge for over $140. My wife brought 4 new "Premium" cartridges for the HP CP1525 all for $120 and it was delivered in a couple of days. Great colour prints.

Would I recommend, YES.
Not just for price, but also for great response and assistance.

What awesome service! Ordered Toner Cartridge 7:30 am Wednesday 1st August 2018 WA Time delivered same day after 4:00 pm assume got home at 4:30 pm in Armadale WA. Thanks just brilliant, the website was easy to use as well.

Company used for delivery, Couriers Please, were terrible. Didn't deliver my order first time - even though I put a note saying I was just behind the front gate by the front door. Non-delivery card said track order via Couriers website to locate POPoint - no info was provided on website. Website showed order was firstly returned to 'Depot 320(?) then 390(Truganina?)' without any further notification/contact with me. Had to ring customer service 3 times to eventually get order redirected back to home address - goodness knows what would have happened if I hadn't chased it up.
If Printzone continue using Couriers Please I'll likely not order through them again.

The communications were very good and postage was very fast.

Did not receive product from 4 months ago. Still trying to resolve it.
