Just didn’t do one of the tests
I paid for the full 10 panel to be safe. Needed Chlamydia done. Waited 5 days to get the notification the test hadn’t been done. I now have to go find another place and pay even more money because, for some reason, they didn’t test me for Chlamydia.

We do not charge patients for tests that are unable to be performed, and we will offer a free recollection should you wish to take those tests. The first time I visited was a walk in…
The first time I visited was a walk in and the clerk discouraged me. I tried to make an appointment online and it wouldn't let me. Called for Help and they had to make my appointment for me. Showed up a few minutes early but didn't get drawn for at least forty minutes even though there appeared to be only one person ahead of me. phlebotomist was nice and easy to work with.

Outstanding experience!
Great experience! Ordering the test was simple and done from my phone, as was scheduling the blood draw. My blood draw appt took me 10 minutes from the time I got there til I left, and ONE DAY later I have all of my results!
