Issue with lab results
The lab was great, the prices are ok. My complaint is that I received my results on Saturday morning, which indicated a positive result. I had to wait until Monday to learn that this was actually a false positive and nothing to be concerned about. I am not complaining about the fees; but for what you are charging you should have someone available to explain this on the weekends or indicate on the lab results information that it was a false positive.

I like that the result information was…
I like that the result information was clear to understand. What I didn't like is to wait 4+ days before getting the result when the lab website suggested the results would be delivered in 1-3 days. Having to wait to learn whether you have an STI (and that you may have infected another person) is quite difficult. I choose TrustPilot based on that promise of 1-3 days.
