I had a great experience at the ProCook store in Manchester. James was incredibly helpful and really knew his stuff—he took the time to understand what I needed and guided me towards the most suitable products. He also made sure I got the best value for money by pointing out the available discounts, which I really appreciated.
Customer service like this makes all the difference. I would highly recommend a visit!

Good selection of products
Good selection of products and friendly staff. I had my eye on their new wooden ribbed utensil holder which was why I went, they have lots of nice stylish cooking utensils here. It was also good that they had a 10% NHS discount if you spend over £30. I will likely come back for more kitchen stuff as the need arises

The workers were great and helped me to go along with my shopping in the best manner possible. They made me aware of the 1 year warranty on all products which led me to recommend the place further to other friends and family.

Amazing products and good customer service
I like shopping at ProCook because of the affordable kitchen gadgets. I'm starting to build our kitchen equipment slowly, as my son has gotten into cooking. The staff was very helpful and friendly.
