Staff are unhelpful
Staff are unhelpful, just standing behind the till, when asked for anything they just point with their fingers where to find something. Zero customer service. Unfortunately it's not a one off, it's my experience each time I visit. Low prices are the reason I go back.

Fantastic
Staff, bless the, very busy as just before Christmas. Very helpful and polite. Got some very good bargains from knifes to lemon juicers. I have mobility issues so couldn't carry much but will be back in the new years.

I recently visited a Procook store an…
I recently visited a Procook store an wanted to purchase a cast iron cooking pan in burgundy. The shop had one on display in store and one in the window. I asked for the item to be told they had none in stock. I said I didn’t mind either one on display to be told they couldn’t sell either - Company Polucy and to buy online. Later I contacted Customer Services a received a reply asking me questions about the item etc where when etc and all this was in my email which obviously had not been read!!!! To date I have received no reply from my email. I did not buy on line.

Just what i wanted
It only took minutes to find what i wanted. A member of staff appeared with boxed items moments later. Quick payment and away. I don't like shopping but this suited me - so slick.
