Great customer service. Shop assistant appeared to have good product knowledge and took time to explain options and demonstrated where necessary. Great value and good quality knife sets. Very happy customer!

Products, Great
10 year guarantee , have had to usethree times after several years of use,and replacement was given when started to arc on induction hob.

Didn’t need my long loss receipt as they have your email!!!
Have just Purchased some new pans after more than 10 years.
For nonstick coat starting to go, which was my fault I believe, the heat too high otherwise they may have lasted longer longer.👍👍
