Really knowledgeable staff! We were replacing our cookware after having an induction hob installed.
There are quite a few ranges of pots and pans to look at and we wanted a range which was dishwasher safe. The member of staff who advised us knew SO much detail about all the ranges! I was completely taken aback. He helped us narrow our decision and created a blended package out of two different ranges so that we had a mix of aluminium and non stick. He really went above and beyond! Well done Ashford 👏🌟🌈

Great products
I buy most of my kitchen tools here because the prices are reasonable and the quality is good. The staff are also very helpful. If you explain what you need a product for, they’ll give honest advice and might even suggest a better option if your original choice isn’t the best fit.

Pro Cook professional knife
Pro Cook professional knife, great product and fair price. Customer service was excellent and the young man showed me how to sharpen the knife properly with a stone set and pro cook knife holder to keep it at the correct angle for German steel.

We found the perfect set that we was looking for unfortunately the only set left was the display set, the customer advisor told us it had only been used for show but had blemished, my partner still wanted them when asked if was a small discount for this was told nothing could be done about it
