To be honest lost my car in the car…
To be honest lost my car in the car park tried to recall which entrance I came out , whilst walking noted your shop , so went I to it , I was amazed at the stock and how lovely the store was set out , I noted a few specials which caught my eye , and pleased with the small sale purchases .
The staff were very friendly and helpful and made my experience very welcoming, definitely will be calling back again

Very helpful staff and good quality…
Very helpful staff and good quality items. Recently updated my pans and glasses from here and a very easy process. So much prefer going into a shop and looking at things rather than just ordering online.

Staff at the shop really know their stock
Because the staff in the shop understood my requirement and really knew their stock and its ability’s.
I came away the perfect size omelet pan for my size induction hob. Which is new to me and I didn’t realise by getting the right size pan the hop works better.

Good products, friendly staff
I brought a stainless steel pot from procook. came back home to found out it was a little big for my hob, so I contacted the shop it was so easy to replace it without any problems. The staff is friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend procook to my friends and family. It’s a good steel pan with thick base so the food doesn’t burn or stick to the bottom of the pot.
