The staff were very helpful but poor quality products
The staff were very helpful, but scissors bought a week ago are already showing signs of rust and teapot costing £20 is the worst we have ever bought.

Helpful assistant
Helpful assistant, advised me of my saucepan options for induction hob. I chose my pans. The 4 pan deal included a frying pan that I didn't require. I asked if I could change this for a larger saucepan and she was able to sort this. Perfect solution.
