Assistant listened
Assistant listened, respected my budget and was very knowledgeable on range and differences in saucepans. She also explained in detail how to cook and care with/for pan. Price points match quality.

Stepping into a well presented store
Stepping into a well presented store, i was approached by a member of staff who was very polite. I was allowed to roam the store at my own pace and without being hassled by anyone. Once I made my decision on what to purchase a member of staff was available to me. The member was very polite and knowledgeable guiding me through my final purchase. A great experience
