Amazingly knowledgeable and helpful assistant , didn’t realise there was so much to know about frying pans and kitchen knives, felt really appreciated as a returning customer and will definitely be going there again 😊

I returned a faulty roasting dish as it had started to chip after only using it twice. I was able to exchange it with a more solid roasting dish at no extra charge. I found the assistant very pleasant and helpful. I returned, as I was only in the area for a day, to buy more items. Very satisfied customer.

High quality corkscrews purchased
High quality corkscrews purchased - sturdy and good looking. The staff in this shop are wonderful - the assistant told me where they were and he also remembered what I bought last time I was there about six weeks ago and asked how they are (kettle and toaster, great). This shop is beautifully laid out with high quality products and knowledgeable staff.
