Fauly product, emails ignored.
I visited the Bath store on 27th of February and purchased a coffee bean grinder. I went to use it on the 3rd of March and noticed a part was missing, making the grinder useless. I emailed ProCook with details of my purchase and a picture of the faulty grinder. No response.
I emailed again on the 13th of March, copying my original email and transaction details and asking 'Why have you ignored my email' No response.
So they have my money and I have a useless coffee grinder. Amazon for me from now on.

Excellent advice but no pressure on first visit to shop. Very knowledgeable assistant, gave lots of information - factual and experience based - to help me make a decision. Subsequent visit and purchase equally positive with friendly staff and good service.
