I know knives are difficult to display but when I wanted to see a particular knife to see if it was the right fit for my hand, the shop didn’t have a demonstration model. I had to buy unseen
The layout of the shop was easy to navigate, it was very pleasing to the eye. The staff were very helpful and offered advice and demonstrations.

I smashed a glass sieve lid of a 16cm saucepan gourmet set. I went to but a new saucepan, and was surprised by the staff, telling me they sell the lids separately ! Well happy with the new lid, job done and back in the lady's good books. Thank you ProCook.

Lovely friendly store
Very friendly helpful staff. Well stocked without being cluttered, very clean. Was visiting the area, on our next trip ti Bishop Stortford will certainly visit store again.

Spacious store
Really helpful, knowledgeable, friendly gentleman served me. The merchandising was clean, clear of clutter, spacious and a pleasure to visit. Vastly better than the Bluewater store.

I bought one of the elite pots 3 months ago & it had a fault on it, the man in the shop said just bring it back & he will replace it with no fuss whatsoever & no receipt a good all round service.

I was asked to give my email for the…
I was asked to give my email for the receipt and not offered the alternative of a paper receipt until after the transaction. Which resulted into being signed up for marketing emails without my consent.

Milk frother
A few months ago I bought a milk frother which broke after few weeks of using it. It was still with warranty and I brought it back to the shop. They told me they didn't have any at that moment but waiting to receive the new ones so they asked me if I wanted a refund or wait for the new ones to arrive. I've chosen the second option and wait. When they arrive, they called me and told me to go and collect my new one. Great costumer service!
