I know knives are difficult to display but when I wanted to see a particular knife to see if it was the right fit for my hand, the shop didn’t have a demonstration model. I had to buy unseen
The layout of the shop was easy to navigate, it was very pleasing to the eye. The staff were very helpful and offered advice and demonstrations.

Amazing customer service
Amazing customer service! Having purchased a set of oven dishes, we went for lunch and carefully placed the bag down. Sadly, the dishes cracked, so we went back to the store to explain the issue and were delighted to get them replaced with no fuss or hassle.

Excellent customer service by David
We went to the Bishop Stortford store on 24.5.2025 to purchase new saucepans and frying pans. We ended up being served by a young man called David. He was a world of information and answered all my questions without hesitation. David was so polite, without being pushy. Originally I was going to buy The Elite Range. After speaking with David I went with The Professional Range, not for any other reason than I’m disabled and can’t hold heavy weights. The shop was very well laid out and clean. All in all a very enjoyable experience. The Bonus was I got 20% off. Pro Cook, you should value David as an employee.

My go to store for any cooking and baking choice
I have been a procook customer for years and it never disappoints. My go to stores are Braintree and Bishops Stortford, the one I visited recently. Every single time, there is advice, laughter and happy customer. Even if you are not sure of your choice, don’t worry, they will clear your thoughts. Last visit, non stick products- a hit. With 25 years warranty, I mean, is very easy to make a choice.
