Store colleague messed up my purchase
Store colleague messed up my purchase. Charged me for an expensive item but gave me the cheaper one. Store wasn’t busy so can’t use that as an excuse. Customer service takes far too long to respond. I now have to drive 22 miles to sort it out in store.

Bought a set of Kitchen knives. Decent range of types and prices. Excellent advice given in store complete with a selection of veg to test the knives. Not cut myself...yet!

Attentive and caring customer service.
I was very impressed with the attention and knowledge of the staff member that helped us. She explained patiently to our many detailed queries on quality differences and care and maintenance of the utensils. The staff member clearly believed in the product and spoke quite passionately about them. It was refreshing to see quality customer service is still available!
